We came here partly for a family visit, partly for our honeymoon. The location was easy to find thanks to our smarter than me phone. The property was clean, and the staff was always friendly. Being an extended stay things are a little different. The convenience of having the tiny stove, bar size sink, and almost full size fridge was great. The housekeeping service only comes by once a week(you can ask for anything you need at the front desk at any time, FYI). Our housekeeper came when we sleepy heads were just making breakfast. We invited her in and told her we would stay out of her way. She was apologetic, sweet, friendly, and quick. She made polite small talk while working like a little bee. I asked her were she would send us for a afternoon adventure of the beaten path. We ended up at Weekie Wachie Park, and had a great time. Now the bad news. Like I said we were on our honeymoon. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Let’s just say the mystery is gone so soon. Having the windows that open was our only help. The pool was closed one day, and it happened to be the day they were testing the alarm system. They did send us across the road to another hotel’s pool. I think that was just an off day all around.

It wasn’t terrible, but turns out that in a «long stay» hotel, no one enters your room. Not to add toilet paper, not to give you more towels, nothing. Kind of annoying. Beds were nice, kitchenette was great, breakfast was the same you get anywhere. I was there several days, and slept okay. There was wifi, but it was so slow, I didn’t bother using it.

Rooms a clean and beds are firm, but fairly comfortable. Nice TV’s but standard def reception made viewing undesirable. Breakfast is standard fare for this sort of hotel, but staff was very slow in cleaning tables between guests, plan on wiping your own table down before eating. Serious problem with A/C units. Stayed in two rooms on a mild days(around 80 outside) and A/C units could not maintain 70 degrees in room and it took hours for it even to cool the room to 73. They seemed to be aware of this but did not think it was an serious issue. Avoid this hotel if you like to keep your room cool, because you will lose yours dealing with staff.
