Super helpful! Made needed adjustments to my bike this Spring as a walk-in customer from out of state.

Didn’t do a very good job putting my new trek Marlin 5 together I noticed the crank was extremely loose that caused my dérailleur to get caught in my spoke which made it break off so because of David’s world cycle I had to buy a whole new dérailleur and this was all in the first week of owning the bike.

Stopped by with a problem with my bike on an out of town trip. They were great! Got me riding again. Will stop there again. Very helpful!

The manager stuck around an hour after closing with me while I decided on a bike. They were not pushy. Loving the bike.

Fantastic service, friendly crew. A bit on the pricy side but worth the quality.

I am not a professional cycler by any means! I was actually intimidated when I walked in the store. I had shopped around at many places so the prices that I though was expensive is really average in this store. I did want a quality bike after all. I started riding for exercise around the local parks. They were very helpful in the store and are extremely knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable and it turned out to be fun. After finally selecting a bike they ordered the color I want. They could have easily not offered that to me as I most likely would have bought what they had in the store. They really wanted me to be happy, searched for the color, and it arrived in a week. It is a really nice store, great selection of bike with a friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff! I love my new bike!

Updated 9÷16÷15: Had them pack up 2 bikes for shipment out of state and they did a terrible job. When I received and opened the boxes the wheels were free floating and the front and rear forks lacked any sort of padding or styrofoam… this was on both bikes so I’m not sure if they’ve ever packed bikes before. The boxes also had holes in them from the forks so some real damage could have been done but luckily it wasn’t. When I head back to FL I’ll never let these guys touch my bikes again. Not impressed by these guys. I went to buy a full-suspension bike on a Thursday around 3 and the sales guy was more interested in looking at incoming text messages on his phones than answering questions about the bikes. Another thing that had me shaking my head is the store only really sells Trek but when I tried asking what I thought were simple questions(differences in one model from another) the guy couldn’t tell me anything besides«the components are different». Yea I understand that, hence the $ 2k price difference in the bikes… but what makes one worth more than the other and why do I need it? Maybe it was this guys first day, I don’t know. And don’t get me wrong Trek makes a good product but with service like this I’ll take my business to another store with more brands and more knowledge… especially if I’m going to be paying a few grand on a bike.

Love this place! Awesome friendly staff. We went in on a Saturday afternoon to pick up a part for my husband’s Trek but they didn’t have the part and had to order it. No big deal. We ended up leaving with a new Trek for me even though I didn’t need a new bike. I’m a sucker for a new bike, especially when it’s orange. Went back a week later to pick up the part and as soon as I walked in the door the guy who sold the bike to me remembered me and asked me how I like my bike. Great customer service!

If you go here, know what you’re in for. This place is clearly geared for the well-heeled«I’m a badass» crowd. Plenty of those guys came in, with or without their mountain bikes, and it was clear they demand the best gear and don’t care what it costs. If you’re one of these folks, you’ll do fine. Otherwise, you’re liable to get ripped off. They will do everything they can to sell you something expensive, and they’re good at it. Never ask a barber if you need a haircut. Likewise, if you bring these guys a bike with a problem, they will tell you that you need new parts, and to have them installed, by them, for a large price. I know enough about bike maintenance to see that a lot of what they told me I ABSOLUTELYNEEDEDASAP I did not, and that the impossibly-complex repairs I needed to do were not, it turned out, way out of my range of skills. They were very nice and respectful about it, if that makes any difference. This company is good at what they do(fix bikes and make money), but if you’re looking for honest opinions and value for your dollar, I would look elsewhere(particularly, right up north of town at the Bike Barn).
