Our last breakfast before we left Florida an my host family and the vacation was actually over :(( However, it was a great experience and on the way to the airport, we stopped and got some donuts and latte. Boston Cream of course, my favorite ones(filled with custard) and also one with some pumpkin spice pie whatever. Both pretty good and so where the lattes. 2 bananas for the plane and thanks to a coupon, one donut was for free. Paid like 11 bucks and so for it, which is okay! Just so glad we have DD in Germany also! ;))

When I first moved to Lakeland, I started going to this DD drive thru every Saturday or Sunday morning for breakfast for my family. I literally had visits 4 weekends in a row where my order was screwed up and/or an item was unavailable. For instance, the wrong kind of sandwich, or a missing item altogether. Also, there would either be a popular bagel or donut unavailable because they were out. When you’re known for bagels and donuts, I’d think you’d be more prepared on a weekend morning when it’s going to be busy. I worked for a DD for several years when I was a teenager and I know it isn’t that hard to ramp up production a little bit. Will not return. This place is pathetic.

First time here since I was traveling back home from Lakeland and decided to stop for coffee so Dunkin Donuts was the pick for me. The service was kinda slow due to my order was messed up but they were busy inside and in the drive thru. The lady cashier apologized for how slow the service was and offered a free item but I denied due to not needing anything. Overall appearance of this Dunkin Donuts location it looks nice on the outside and in the inside as well a big open area thru the drive thru which is great just in case if you don’t want to wait on your order.

Standing next in line. Waiting patiently when a Hispanic clerk asked a lady behind me if she could help her. As fast as she could she went around me. I wasn’t about to be treated like this and and loudly said hay. I went passed her. The clerk never apologies for her assuming I wasn’t with the man in front of me. Then had the nerve to tell me to have a good day. Sincerity goes a long way. i didn’t any.

Staff don’t seem to know whats going on too much at this place. Its rather new … I’ve visited about 100 D&D and this one is the first to say — «No» to a free donut when I bought a refill hot coffee. However, the refill was only $ 1.06(typically $ 1.29 or more).
