This business ran an estate sale in our neighborhood. It was well-​organized. They took special care to put up «No Parking» signs in front of neighbors lawns so that sale traffic did not interfere with garbage pick-​up, mail delivery or entering/​exiting our driveways. It still was a frenzied two days – they also do a great job of advertising the sale and pricing items optimally. The second day, items were moved to half price. I believe it was cash only sales. Of course, you had to bring your own method of hauling off. The house is fully emptied when they leave. Our only complaint was 7+ trash bags and a barrel left at the street six days before the garbage men pick-​up, including a mattress. I think a fully «class act» would haul that away upon completion. I would absolutely recommend this company for consideration – I do not know their profit margin on a sale but their efforts to «do it all» are very appealing.
