Friendly, professional, informative and helpful staff. The place is clean and well maintained. The area is easily accessible, secure and in a nice area of town. I wasn’t happy with the little hidden fees like insurance and buying their special lock but as a customer I could have gone elsewhere but didn’t. Location was a big factor for me when choosing this company. I think folks would appreciate knowing the real costs in the advertisement rather than being lured in by a cheaper rate on your ads and then given the cost run down at the counter. To me, it’s a better way of being in business. It leaves a bad opinion in my mind when you play advertisement games like that. I used the company and probably would again if I needed storage and it was the right location but honestly, this company didn’t earn my business by being up front in their advertisements, they got it because of their proximity and convenience for my travels.
