Absolutely horrible! I ordered a premium arrangement and that’s definitely not what was sent! What was sent looked nothing like the picture. So I called because their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Well that’s also a lie I got a lady who kept talking over me do I hung up. Someone actually had the nerve to call me back so I thought oh maybe someone will fix this… NOPE! It was another lady who kept arguing with me. So I finally said «I’m done arguing your website says 100% satisfaction and that’s not what I’m getting» and hung up. Now I have someone from there calling me every 5 minutes.

We were in a rush and they made us up a vase very quickly. They didn’t have much to choose from as they said they were awaiting a delivery? …turned out ok, I guess. Not sure that we would rush over there any time soon. Seemed a bit expensive at $ 80 for what we got.
I guess flowers are expensive in general. Their website showed a great variety, but obviously with limited stock they wouldn’t have been able to fulfill any of those arrangements.

Haven’t bought from this customer but I just inquired about 1 dozen assorted roses to be delivered to a business 2 minutes away and it would cost me just over $ 70!!! Do roses really cost that much? I guess they’re really only worth what someone is willing to pay for them and I’m definitely not willing to pay that much for flowers that are dead in a week.

I’ve picked up an occasional arrangement or basket at Edith’s since they were at the corner of McDonald St. and South Florida Ave. They are a full-service florist and seem to be friendly folks. Recommended.
