Mike was good to work with — good communicator.
Had my entire home recarpeted (1,848 sf).
Price was great — I shopped.
Tony and Joe took their time and did an outstanding installation. True artisans+++

The store sign says this store has been here since 1997 but I’ve not seen it before. It is open a little later in the evening (maybe 6 pm?) so I was able to get in and look around. There was only one store clerk, already helping a customer. He was the kind that can only do one thing at a time and though they seemed to be waiting on something, he shut me down on my «where’s the tile?» question but then thought better of it and pointed and said he’d be over in a second. (Strike 1) I found a very limited supply of the porcelain tile that looks like wood, at $ 4 — $ 6 per square which might be cheaper than some stores but certainly not cheaper than Floors & Décor or Lowes. (Strike 2) I wandered around a fairly extensive collection of laminate options, many very nice and there were giant rolls of carpet stacked in the middle of the floor (not a way to look at it. The guy never came to help. (Strike 3) My cash and I left.
