Got candy was a nice surprise to run into across Munn Park. My wife wanted frozen yogurt and the category showed it, but unfortunately, they do not carry froyo. FORTUNATELY for me, they carried some incredibly sweet and delicious chocolates. I chose to try a peanut cluster and a chocolate covered nutter butter. The chocolate was not overpowering at all and had the perfect balance of sweet mixed into it. The prices would have made me go bankrupt if I didn’t have a meal before going. I wanted to eat everything in the case. The owner asked us how we heard of Got Candy and we mentioned Unilocal. She asked if they had a good rating because she doesn’t look at it, haha. I reassured her it was great. She was incredibly polite and asked us to see her again. Very warm and friendly atmosphere.

Love the ice cream and cupcakes. The personalized service was exceptional. I came from North Carolina to see a friend and she brought me here for dessert and it was wonderful.

I love their chocolate I can’t get enough of it. no matter how many pieces I buy it never is enough. I don’t want to share with friends but I had to, and they also felt it was the best chocolate ever. Two dozen pieces gone in ten seconds while entertaining only two friends. Careful you’ll get hooked on Got Candy & More.

Bought a few of the handmade chocolates(choc. covered marshmallow, s’mores, Oreo).they were delicious! It’s an adorable candy shop in Downtown Lakeland. I heard the ice cream & cupcakes are amazing but the lady said they were sold-out of cupcakes in the early afternoon hours because they’re so popular. Will definitely go back to try them!

Chocolate it seems is very serious business in certain circles. The addition of this cute little shop on Kentucky Ave has satisfied the craving for many Lakeland folks who have been lucky enough to cross the threshold. With cases filled with a variety of truffles, dipped fruit and other nibbles there’s sure to be something for everyone. As my friend so eloquently stated, «this is chocolate that you want to stuff into your mouth while mindlessly watching TV» I agree with that, and while I found the sweetness of the confections to be cloying and almost unbearable, and the fillings to have a grainy sugary texture, other enjoy it immensely. I’m going to stick to my Williams and Dean or Godiva, but cheers to this little shop, I hope they do exceptionally well!

Love this cute little shop in downtown area. We are just passing through but this town looks like a perfect little«Main Street USA». Homemade chocolates, cupcakes, cake balls, etc. Fresh squeezed juice too. Delightful!

Nice little place in downtown Lakeland. Homemade chocolate treats, cupcakes, shakes, candy, ice cream… Vintage bottled sodas and more… Lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and nice. We had two salted caramel pecan hand scooped ice cream cones. They were amazing!!! Definitely recommend!

We stopped in with a group of people a few months ago. Some got ice cream, some got cupcakes, some got chocolates. Everything was delicious! Hard to please so many people with so many different treats. We were all pleasantly pleased! Such a gem in downtown Lakeland!

Delicious ice cream, friendly atmosphere, great for kids and wonderful service. They also have a promotion for Sundaes on Sunday @ sunset, you can stop by to get a reduced price on some sundaes. Also available are cookies, chocolates, and other confectionery items like decorative marshmallows on a stick. Beware, being in downtown Lakeland, parking can be tough since it is all street parking.

Got Candy is conveniently located in Lakeland. They sell THE best ice cream, Working Cow and have homemade chocolates. The staff is friendly and it would make a great spot for a birthday party. To say we are excited to have this place off the square would be an understatement. We love it!

This is a new sweet shop on Kentucky Avenue in downtown Lakeland. It is still in the start-up stages and trying to find its«niche» for sales. It has a homemade and small town feel. Many homemade chocolate options, several flavored barks, cute cake pops($ 1.50 each), some novelty chocolates, non-store made gummy type candies(like sour worms), ice cream. Café space to sit and eat. They show suckers, too, but none visible when I was there. Candy supply & décor seemed«scant»(but delicious-looking) when I was there. Cases are dark and perhaps not yet the best way to display the wares. I chose white chocolate dipped Pringles, got six for $ 3.00 which was«high» for my sweet-salty pocketbook. This place will be a «rare treat» for me, but I wish it the best as it grows.
