I ordered the rosemary chicken with double quinoa and and organic coffee. The quinoa was good but the chicken was too salty. I sent the chicken back and ordered the turkey sandwich instead.
The turkey sandwich was better than the rosemary chicken, but the avocado tasted strange. It appears they are using the large avocados instead of conventional haas avocados.
I am happy this option exists in Lakeland, but the food could be better. I will return and hopefully have a better experience.

I was surprised of finding a vegetarian, vegan, and organic café in the little strip across from my friend’s work that we can eat on his break. I usually order take out but still it’s the most satisfying feeling when you know the food you have is as healthy and delicious as it can get for a great price. The vegetable soup is hands down my favorite!

Such a great place for gluten-​free food. I’m a gluten-​intolerent college student, so finding this place in such a small town made me REALLY HAPPY. I love the café, full frozen yogurt bar, and there’s even a Healthy Habits store with vitamins and more next door! I will definitely be a regular here.

All gluten free sandwiches, wraps, salads and more. Fresh food served very fast, I have had the turkey avocado sandwich and wrap, and the chicken salad wrap, usually have the infused water.

If you eat gluten-​free, this is the best place for you. Everything on the menu is gluten-​free so you don’t have to ask the server, make sure with the chef etc. and be a pain to the staff. Order everything and anything and you are good to go. Very good size portions also for the amount they charge. Fantastic!

Gluten-​free. Great flavors. Meat loaf was hot, large portion with collards $ 8. Large side salad with balsamic $ 3. Unsweetened tea $ 2. Clean. Friendly. Informative. Can get half sandwiches $ 4. Frozen yogurts, 4 flavors. Has smoothies, elixir health drinks. Four soups. Yum. Delicious and inexpensive and healthy. Can’t beat it!

Ate here a few times now. Chicken salad wrap and turkey avocado wrap. Wife got veggie wrap and enjoyed it.
