Warning, warning, horrible experience with Hhgregg in Lakeland. If I could I would put zero stars. I have been battling with them for 5 weeks trying to get my brand new LG refrigerator repaired, after it unexpectedly stopped working. I have spoken to their managers and they continue to be totally ineffective in helping with this problem. If you want to get reliable appliances and efficient customer service that cares about helping customers (who even bought the warranty), do not go here.

Large clean store with efficient help. Been open about two years, outer perimeter of the Lakeland Square Mall. Wide selection of TVs, audio equipment, cameras, microwaves, etc. I’ve gotten good deals & good help.
