The very worse motel ever. Had a nasty funky smell carpet was stained and torn. the furniture was falling apart.

For the price it could have been worst. Bed was comfortable shower was clean. Room had a funky odor. Staircase smells like urine.

Worst hotel experience ever! This place could be a location for Breaking Bad, I keep expecting to find that crack whore at the free ‘breakfast’. The water smells a degree removed from the sewage (but that might just be a florida thing), the walls are unprofessionally repaired, baseboards are missing, kids are roaming all day (where are thier parents?), transient workers are the main occupants. I didn’t pick this place and no where else in Lakeland has vacancies else I would be there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

OMG, unbelievably bad, nightmare. Dangerous, beggars in parking lot, sxworkers, paper thin walls, employees smoke, butts everywhere, room not made up 2nd nite, on and on… it was Daytona speed week, all hotels booked for weekend, booked 4 days, left after 2nd, paid $ 184/​nite for another hotel 23 miles away… ps management could g.a.shat., wifi dead, toilet plugged…

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have lived in third world countries. Forget the atmosphere or the neighborhood my boyfriend and I stayed in one king room for one night and found cigarette wrappers and condom wrappers in the sheets, black mold under the sink and in the bathroom area and to top it all off we found a 38 caliber special bullet under the bed
