Funny. You replied to my review by telling me to «message you» because the warranty covers«both» whatever both may mean. HOWEVER, you failed to tell me where to message you… what a shallow reply here! It does sound so good though, Interwsting it took you this long to reply to me and then you chose to do it here when you have MY order number, MY phone number, and MY email pluse the money from MY insurance and could more easily have contacted me directly or just returned one of my calls to your local telephone number. Interesting. VERY interesting. hmmm … why didn’t you just pick up the phone and answer me? . But wait, perhaps you replied because you’ve heard from my insurance company and THEY saw my review? Seriously, you have the money but you don’t appear to care about my paint. Disgustingly poor service and a remarkably transparent reply to my simple request for help correcting you work.

Run as far as you can and buy a quality windshield. My OEM windshield lasted several years. My Safelite windshield lasted 2 months and the national lifetime warranty is useless. Their official corporate response was to tell me to file an insurance claim. Customer service via the toll free number is a joke. Don’t waste your time.

Kristen, the technician, emailed and called ahead to let me know when she would be onsite. She was prompt, efficient and very courteous and had the windshield repaired and the car vacuumed and ready to go in roughly 30 minutes.

The technician showed up when he said he would and immediately got to work. He was courteous and he finished in about an hour. I am very happy with the service.
