Supercuts

My last 3 haircuts were here and I had to return for 2 of those 3 to get it fixed. Also, the chubby girl with the multi-​colored hair is very unfriendly and might be depressed or something.

I rated this Supercuts with a 3 star because I have experienced some below average, average, and above average haircuts and service from this location. I normally don’t jump at the chance to get my haircut because the wait times are unpredictable and I am hesitant to try out random employees to cut my hair. I don’t have a regular cutter because I show up at random times when my wife yells at me for looking homeless :). I could potentially eliminate the bad haircuts by finding that great associate, but I will have to continue to take chances until I can find the one.
I have had great haircuts and some atrocious haircuts that I have to fix at home. A brand new employee who was fresh out of cosmetology school was matched up with me. She asked what I wanted and I simply responded with the guard number on my sides, the amount I wanted taken off the top, and that I would be happy if she didn’t make my head look like a bowl. She laughed and assured me that it would not happen. The exact opposite happened. She asked me how I liked it and I requested her to fade in the sides. She responded that she did not know how to do that and had to get another employee to fix it. The haircut was so-​so with the corrections, but still was not that great.
I recommend finding the associate that works best with you so you don’t have to play a guessing game on what you are going to walk out with. The associate I had today did a great job and I was pleased, so a 3 star seemed appropriate for the good experiences I have had.

Last minute check in. So nice to get me in during an emergency. I called Dana in the morning and she said they could squeeze me in. When I arrived they were a little full but they were able schedule me for color, cut and eyebrow wax. I appreciate the extremely accommodating attitude Marty exhibited in a stressful situation. Kudos to her.
