We signed up for Apex a couple months ago. We had a number of safety concerns since we are first time parents and wanted to be sure their products and process was safe for our baby. I appreciated their time and patience in answering my questions. After signing up, they came for the initial process, and we really liked the technician. A few weeks later, we found love ants inside the house so we called Apex. After a quick conversation, they scheduled their local technician to come that day to address the issue. We were not only grateful for their quick response, but also glad this service was included in our contract at no additional charge. Overall, we are very pleased with Apex

Called in for an estimate. Got routed to the Orlando office. Setup for an appointment and they never showed. Apparently they lost me in their system before even having me as a customer. Looking elsewhere as at this point I won’t even consider them.

Very responsive, they have responded quickly every time I called usually having someone at my house the next day. As a transplant from the northeast I’m not used to the Florida wildlife and have called them frequently to save me from some new bug or spider. They’ve been great and patient with me as I try to describe my newest find. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem. A big thank you for helping to make my move to sunny, buggy Florida a smooth one.

I called apex pest control 2 weeks ago. I had a major ant problem inside my house. The technician was very professional, neat and on time. He inspected my house and found a trail of ants crawling from a tree onto my house where they was entering a small crack. He had this huge truck that looked like a emergency response vehicle. He actually even cut off the branch the ants was trailing onto my house from. NO MORE ANTS! Thank you Apex.

I called apex because I thought I saw a few German cockroaches around the house. They were so helpful they squeezed me in first thing the very next morning. The price was great so I went ahead and made the appiontment. The next morning the tech was exactly on time and very friendly not mention extremely knowledgable! He answered all my questions and was very professional. I’ll be telling all my friends about apex!
