Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

WARNING: Do not use this company. They will not stand behind their product. After a year of being under contract we noticed a pin hole in the back corner of our home. We had termites in our home that was built appx 11 yrs ago. Tech confirmed they were termites. Promised to send someone out right away. They did come out and spray. Termites swarmed again and they sprayed again. Another swarm and they sprayed again. I think they used sugar water. As the months progressed we still had termites and they are steadily eating our wood floors in almost every room of our home. I was told at the time of contract that they had a million dollar guarantee. They sent someone from Tampa over to inspect. They went under our home and said there was no damage to the structure. My husband later crawled under the home to discover damage in every corner of our house. THEY LIED. I contacted the company and spoke with Vice President Bob Hartley. I requested an estimate of damage and repairs to our home. Just asking to restore us back to where we started. To make us whole again.)I assumed that would only be fair. THEY WILL ONLY CONTINUE TO SPRAY.(NOTE THE PRODUCT DOESN’T WORK.). Refused anything else but additional spray. This went on for over a year. They had a chance to make things right and refused. Do not trust your home to this company. I promise YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Contacted attorney and we are looking at years of litigation and we may never get enough money to restore our home. Still trying to decide the best recourse. For now I will post every month on every web site I can find belonging to TRULY NOLAN. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

This is my first treatment. My appointment was for 8:00 — 10:00, they were not here so I called and they told me that I did not have an appointment today. Two things, I made this appointment a week and a half ago with the agent that I signed on with and also they treated my outside a week before and on the service order that they leave at your door it is written on there that I have an appointment on ⁸⁄₁₅ at 8:00 — 10:00. The representative at Truely Nolen told me that someone would be here in 10 minutes and they showed up 30 minutes later.

Loved service, very professional, prices very reasonable. Definitely recommend.
