Started out decent with measuring and purchasing. Decided to start with just replacing front windows right away and wait to replace ready of the windows in my home. Paid for the windows, set an install day… Day of install it was CANCELED cause one guy on ONE of two installation crews fell off a little step ladder. Not a second story or roof. Instead of just pushing everyone back a day, we were asked to reschedule. Now they called while I was working and just lucky enough to be between classes. Was told February 9th, was first available, said fine and hung up cause the bell rang and students were entering the room. Called to find out what time on Monday, just been told I’m not on the 9th… yet I said fine and hung up. They never called back to ask if it was a phone glitch or anything and they didn’t automatically reschedule everyone and say«first available is this day/time and that’s what you’ve been rescheduled to» They already have payment for the job, so what? Now they won’t DO the job or provide customer service? I won’t use this company for replacing the rest of the windows in my home.
