Wow! What service! What a refreshing change of pace considering my past experiences with any other business I’ve dealt with in this space! Brock & Jody have been an absolute treat to work with the past several months. After several issues with some other businesses we’ve dealt with over the years for both our boat lift as well as pier installation/​removal, Lighthouse Dock & Lift was a referral for us this past spring when it was time to put both pier & lift back in the water. Brock & Jody were incredibly responsive, prompt in their service, fully disclosed all charges up front, and completed the work to perfection just in time for us to put our boat back in the water. They are a pleasure to work with, provided consistent & clear communication, provide stellar service for a reasonable fee, and clearly care very much about how their service is perceived. The customer clearly comes first for them!
We recently ran into an issue when our Shore Station winch cable snapped. Within a few days from first contact, Brock & Jody went above & beyond to order us a new cable, adjust the lift, install the new cable and get our boat back up out of the water safe & sound. Throughout this process, Jody was in near constant communication providing detailed updates. Ultimately, the entire process took less than 4 full days! Not only that, they recognized a couple issues with the Shore Station’s original installation, disclosed these issues up front, then agreed to address them on the spot without charging us extra. Again: Who receives service like this these days?!
