They’re always fast, friendly, and to the point. And they have some of the best prices around. I don’t trust anywhere else with my car for tires or suspension work.

I work in Lower Lake and on the way home to Lakeport i noticed that the tire pressure light went on. I checked 2 service states there and neither had an air machine that worked. by hope and prayer i made it back to Lakeport and pulled into Carlton Tires. They had just closed but a few fols were still inside. I asked if they could check my tires and they said ‘no problem’. The gentleman checked my tires and said the left rear had NO air in it. Within 15 minutes I was on the way home with my tire patched where a very tiny nail had found its way into the treads. Smiling, timely service and they had been closed, They will now be my Go To when i need tires.

Absolute best place to get tires ever. Always super friendly and nice, very knowledgeable and informative, can answer almost any question you have. I always go here to get my car checked and get second opinions before any one touches it. Free patches if you buy the tires there too. Just an all around awesome business!

Carlton tires is number one in my book! They are very honest and very courteous. I travel over 800 miles a week. I travel from Lakeport to Marin County for work. I can always count on Carlton tire for the best prices and the tires that I need. I Drive that 175 twice a day 5 days a week and let me tell you from the tires that I get from Carlton tires I can always count that I’ll be safe. Also there mechanic that does the front end alignments is the best I have ever seen! So listen everyone go to carlton tires they will take care of you.

Recently my parents were on a trip from the Central Valley to Fort Bragg. I got a call from them at 5:00 PM asking if i could find them a tire shop to replace 2 of the tires on their trailer that had blown out. They were just coming into the Clearlake area on HWY 20 so I first called Tire Pros in Cleaklake. They had the tires in stock but would not help them because they would be closing 10 mins after they got there. Really, you can’t help out an elderly couple in their 70’s even if they get there before you close. He said sorry I cant help you and hung up.
Next I called Carlton Tire in Lakeport and spoke with the owner Gary. He informed me that they had closed about 15 mins ago and due to a large fire in the area his guys had already gone home. He checked his stock anyway and said he had them in stock. He told me to tell my folks to come by anyway and he would take care of them.
This is the way business used to be handled. I have the utmost appreciation and respect for this business and would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Gary and staff for a job well done.

I am so happy that my friend referred me to Carlton Tire! I had a screw in my tire and they were so quick at removing it and repairing the tire. When I first pulled up I was worried that it was going to take forever because all the spots were full. But they fix each car so quickly that it was done before I knew it. AND you can sit outside and watch them fixing the cars. Great, speedy, affordable service! Thanks Carlton Tire!

Great prices and service! I went in knowing I had several other problems with my truck but wasn’t pressured with upsells of other services. I was in and out and was able to watch the guys do the entire job. I will be back for tires in the future!
