Hillside Powersports and Marine

I just purchased a used boat from Paul and the crew at Hillside. I live almost 4 hours away, so it was a logistical challenge from the beginning, but Paul really went above and beyond to ensure that my time wouldn’t be wasted. We hammered out so many details over the phone that I was only at the dealership for about 1 hour. These guys are really good at what they do, so I strongly recommend using them whether near or far. I love this shop. I went there last week and purchase some boots and a jacket. I got out of there under 400.00. I will come back.

I stopped by to browse, they just received the 2015’s. I not only bought one, but two. Service was excellent and Paul was knowledgeable. They gave me a fair price, I was able to come back and pick them up on my crazy schedule and they even loaned me a trailer to get them home. Close or far, this is a great dealership. 5 stars for a dealership is rare.

I have been a loyal customer since my first «emergency» experience with them in 2008. I was a new boat owner with a brand new wake boat that I had purchased elsewhere. They took me in right away and solved the problem even working with the manufacturer to take care of it under warranty. I have not looked back. Over the next few years they helped me to modify my boat adding many custom features all the while servicing the boat to keep it looking sharp and in perfect running order.
In 2013 I upgraded and custom ordered my new Centurion Enzo from Hillside and could not have been happier with the process or the price… then they helped me to set it up to throw one of the biggest waves on the lake!!!
Sales or Service… It is a family run business that takes care of the customer first! I could go on and on and on, but suggest you check them out and find out for yourself.
First Class People… First Class Business

I had an experience that everyone should know about. I bought a very expensive part for my ski boat. Probably greater than 50% fault lies with me that it was incorrect. I installed and used the prop with horrible performance on the boat rendering the boat useless. Most places would have said «you ordered it you installed it you own it» — NOT THESE GUYS! They were sympathetic, they were understanding that I was a moron (my term) for ordering the wrong part without asking questions about «what if?». They took back the used part and refunded me 100%
Im sorry but you just don’t get that kind of service anymore and I didn’t expect it.
Everyone needs to know about companies like Hillside Honda and their Manager Travis because these are the kind of companies we should ALL be patronizing. I know personally that I will drive from Santa Rosa for all my future needs.

Why there’s not more reviews I don’t know. Over 50 years in business and I see why. Drove 2 hours to them as they were highly recommended and I’m glad I ended up there as every power-​sports dealer near me (Sonoma county) had lots of bad reviews. Owner dealt with me directly… worked magic on financing and even lended me a trailer to get it home. No bullsh*t… no hassles… AAA+

They have dirt bikes, sport bikes, ATVs, Side-​by-​sides, and jet skis, boats. The service is very friendly. The wardrobe and gear selections are limited, but they do carry youth, girls, and guys stuff. The prices are average for a dealership, which is a bit on the expensive side. They do carry some consignment vehicles. We were pretty much left alone by the salesperson to browse around at our own pace. We found some great deals on clothes and gears with the holiday discount. This place seems to be popular with the locals. They had customers coming in and out of this place constantly.
