The worst ever i took a watch in to only have the links taken out and they ruined it. glued it toghether and removed all the shine off my $ 500.00 dollar watch. then the lady when I took it back to ask her about it. started yelling at me when a customer walked in saying I needed to pay my bill and I wasn’t welcome and to get out of her shop so the person who walked in would think I did something wrong. the place is a complete disaster… don’t ever go here. seriously it’s not worth it.

Took my watch in to get a new battery. The guy behind the counter took it and put the battery in and had it back to me in less than 5 mins. That’s way better than the hour plus you have to wait at Fast Fix. The only thing is that you better bring some cash with you as they do not accept credit or debit cards.
