Redbox

I love Redbox customer service is fast and efficient and the movie selction has gotten better :)

This goes for ALL Redbox as a company. This is not geared toward a box location. I just want to rave about Redbox on a corporate level. I called in regard to a few movies I rented that were faulty and in regard to an exorbitant late charge. They were beyond gracious and accommodating. Way beyond what I had hoped or expected. RedBox ROCKS with customer service. There is so much competition out there, every company should take tips from RedBox.

I just found this Redbox location in the Vons near my house. Redbox is such a great idea. Where else can you pick up a movie for such a cheap price.
