Outstanding all the way around. We needed the motorhome before it was done and he replaced the couch and chairs so we could take our trips. Got ours back when we got back I would highly recommend.

I took my RV to Rich to get some work done. He did a wonderful job and I loved the way it turned out. Rich knows what he’s doing and takes great pride in his work. I have already recommended him to my friends.

We had Rich put a dinette and TV in our RV and he did a fabulous job, better than our expectations. The quality of the materials he used and his work is outstanding and we would highly recommend him.

We bought a ’99 Safari Trek with a nearly flawless exterior and a very dated interior that we weren’t fond of (nasty, mint green carpet and old fashioned window coverings and upholstery. I looked up several resources for RV renovation and found Rich. We took the RV out to him in Lakeside and he gave us a very fair bid to replace the carpet in the passenger seat area, repair the seat, put in new wood/​vinyl flooring, recover and plump up the couch and recover 4 window dressings. The couch looks as good as a new coach now.
Rich takes pride in his work and does a fine job in the expected time frame. He «put up» with our many trips to return to the RV to check things out and to deliver materials (we chose to get our own vs. using his). I must add that Rich worked very hard to finish our project on time despite a period of intense heat and muggy weather in East County. I think the only area Rich could improve in would be to listen and not act a little annoyed when being asked for specific reasons about why something is being done or when throwing around ideas. Maybe it’s because we women need more processing and discussion before making up our minds, I’m not sure. He was never disrespectful, just a man of few words. Overall, we were thrilled with Rich’s work and would definitely recommend him (and already have).
