I made a quick stop at this Walgreens given it was nearby after having dinner. I needed a new toothbrush badly and fortunately found what I needed here. There were many missing tooth brushes in some of the slots, but I found what I liked, the Oral B Brand.
They happen to have a two pack on sale for $ 5.99. After grabbing the toothbrushes, I browsed a bit and found a 6 pack of Zest soup on sale so I bought that too. The young lady at the counter was very cool. I did not think I had a membership to take advantage of the sale prices, but after she looked me up using my phone number, apparently I did, so that was cool.
Everything went a-​okay, except when I first entered the store and was grumply greeted by an older lady after I said hello. I just said hello.

I get my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. They are awesome. Some of the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet, super helpful. I have even recommended to my friends and family in the area that they switch since they are the most helpful and competent I have seen

My experience at Walgreens this afternoon was not acceptable! The cashier seemed more interested in doing other things than checking out customers. I ended up returning the items I was going to purchase to the appropriate shelves and leaving the store.
Customer service was not acceptable!!!

Went here to get a few Milani blushes. It’s awkward when you have the girls at the counter watching you shop but I get they’re trying to prevent shoplifting. What I don’t understand is why I have to check out in the cosmetic center? Super rude guy in the front made me walk back to cosmetic counter to purchase my items. Yeah that makes complete sense since you’re standing around not doing a damn thing. I won’t be back

I went into this Walgreens to pick up some cosmetics & a few other items. I kept getting bothered by the staff in cosmetics (I guess because I was crouched down & they were wanting to avoid theft, I get it. But if they down want people to crouch they shouldn’t put a stack of nail polishes on the ground.) anyway, I went to go pay & the most RIDICULOUS thing is you have to pay for cosmetics in the cosmetic department where of course there was no one to be found when I wanted to pay. So I had to wait for someone at the front & return to cosmetics. It’s a horrible system & I won’t shop here again for the lack of convenience.

The workers in Cosmetics will badger you your entire visit while you are trying to peacefully shop. I don’t need to be asked every 2 minutes if I’m still finding everything ok. I’ve worked retail so I know that it’s a loss prevention tactic they are performing by asking customers repeatedly if they need any help. It’s supposed to help deter shoplifters from stealing. I get it! But I’m not stealing and I’m a paying customer so leave me the hell alone while I am shopping!
