I brought my laptop here because the sound stopped working.
I received information on it in a timely manner.
The best advice I got from Alex was to get a new laptop because the cost of further investigating the motherboard wasn’t worth it.
I can’t argue with that, I had a low end Dell and any repair over $ 100 would have been overkill for my laptop.
You get what you pay for I guess.
I gave them an extra star for having a nice selection on hand and for giving me their honest opinions on laptops based on what I needed.
Will be buying from these guys again.
