I would rate it a negative if I could. Brought in a tie with a couple very small stains from when my teenager dropped a french fry. Got it back with three much larger discolor marks on it. (At least 5 times bigger!). The tie is no longer wearable. They didn’t even offer to refund the cost of the dry clean. $ 5.41 for a tie that they didn’t clean but made much worse. I was told I could just file a claim by calling the number on the door. But don’t do it now as the owners aren’t in. When I said I won’t use them again the girl working told go to the ones across the street or the building next to them. She was rude and dismissive about it. I can understand having to prove the cost of the tie and try to reclaim that. But having to file a claim to get the cost of the dry cleaning back? Ridiculous!

Basic services. Very few customer service skills from staff. Average prices. Nothing special. A little concerning that the place is very empty, scared they may go out of business before I would get my clothes back!
