Dale Revak did not deliver the correct type or size of tree and became extremely upset when we called to ask about receiving different trees than we expected. The trees quickly began to lose needles and become brown. Dale Revak actually came to our house and yelled at my wife that she was killing the trees by watering them too much. 9 months later the trees are continuing to die. Dale refuses to honor the standard 1 year warranty and literally turned his back and walked away when I went the nursery and offered to pay $ 250 to help offset the replacement trees. Horrible customer service and treatment. Please share this review with anyone you can as we are now out $ 1,250 dollars for five dead trees.

Went here the weekend after thanksgiving to cut our own tree. Very disappointing. The trees were extremely small and pretty expensive.

Went here to pick out a christmas tree the weekend after Thanksgiving. We did wander around for a while in the cut your own but our indecision got the best of us and we opted to return to the precut section. The guy manning the lot was very helpful in describing the differences between the varieties of trees and was patient with us while we debated which tree to purchase. We’ve had our Canaan fir tree home for a couple weeks now and the needle drop has been minimal and the tree is in great health. It hasn’t even gulped up too much water — even though we recut the stump when we got home — suggesting to me that the tree is in great health and was freshly cut when we picked it up!

Well done, Revak! You’ve nurtured your trees very nicely for the past year and you’ve redeemed yourself.
Once again, we ventured out to «cut our own» Christmas Tree… and viola! We found a beautiful Frasier Fur. :) $ 29 for short needle and $ 34 for long needle… totally worth the experience. We cut our own tree, used our «free shaking» coupon and found great Christmas décor from their little shop. We were satisfied customers this year.
