My son got married in October, and I made a video/​slideshow for the rehearsal dinner, and I wanted to share it with my mom, who couldn’t come to the wedding. So for Christmas I bought her a portable DVD player and tried to burn a disc of the video for her. What a nightmare! Apparently there are all kinds of encryption issues in doing this and I was in way over my head. I looked for someone who could help me and found Kim Harrington at Adminatech. She personally answered the phone and listened patiently as I tried to explain my problem (even though I had called in her busiest end of year season). She worked to help me figure out a way to get the file to her. Once that was done, she jumped through multiple hoops to figure out a way to convert this video to a disc that I could send to my mom. I know this was a small job for her at a very busy time, but she went out of her way to do this for me and my mom. I so enjoyed working with her, She knows her stuff, and I would use her again for any issues. Professional, knowledgeable and just nice! Thanks, Kim!
