She popped up at the Sunset Valley Farmers Market it seems over a year ago but could be longer. I have seen her on Saturdays there, the Barton Creek Farmers Market; and on Sundays at the Hope Farm Farmers Market. I know she is also at Whole Foods among some other local establishments listed on her website. Anyway… There is nothing she has made, that I have not loved. I first tried the Cranberry and Walnut salsa she had around the holidays… it had cilantro in it. Great over cream cheese. Then she has this Avocado Salsa(she calls it Signature Salsa). It is kind of like an avocado pico de gallo. Great chunky guacamole. A couple of weeks ago, I tried her black bean corn salsa… not sure what was in it — but I took home a 16-oz container and it did not last 2 days in my house. Today, a strawberry mango salsa. I suspect that will be gone shortly as well. She sort of turns salsa on its head, giving it a fresh spin and putting combinations together that you would never think of. This is great for entertaining, taking to a party, or just bring it home and gobble it up.
