Pooch Caboose Mobile Grooming

We tried Pooch Caboose for Wheaten/​Poodle mix puppy and Nora did a fabulous job. He didn’t have to sit in a crate all day waiting to be finished making his first grooming experience a more positive one. My dog looked wonderful after his first puppy cut and we have used them again since. We will next try them out on our Wheaten girl because it seems no one knows how to properly groom a Wheaten terrier around here. I would recommend Pooch Caboose. It is convenient, much less stressful on the dog, and Nora does a great job!

While Carl has been attentive to my dogs for years, the orchestration of the business is handled by Margaret. She is cold and callus and dictates terms of service. She does not accommodate the client by any means. I always tipped Carl heavily for his care. However, if you ever need to deviate from Margaret’s schedule, she does not accommodate at all. In fact, she is demeaning on the phone and outright rude. She feels as though the client doesn’t deserve to be put first. This is evidenced by no return calls or being hung up on. When you digest this review, understand it is furnished by a physician who has been in practice for 25 years servicing over thirty thousand patients with five offices in the tri county area. I have firm understanding of customer care and retention. Margaret does not care about retention of clients. When attempting to modify the mobile grooming schedule, she refused to provide services without a 100.00 fee, despite having a 10+ year history with her business When I disputed this fee, she abruptly hung up on me and refused to answer multiple attempts to call her back. Her business model is a Rhetorical fallacy. Post hoc ergo propter hoc. Just because something comes after another event does not mean they are related. Just because the sun rises after a rooster crows Does not mean the sun rising is caused by the rooster crowing. if you want mobile pet grooming that is in accordance with your schedule… Bypass Pooch caboose as the name of company speaks volumes … The client is the caboose … Last
