I don’t honestly believe that the obviously biased reviews left for RESTYLE LAKEWAY were legitimate in any way. People, RESTYLE AUSTIN was a great success for many years and guess what? Same owner, same policies basically the same store and I don’t believe the owner was ever accused of anything as ridiculous as trying to keep clothing for herself or the store and she was never accused of trying to not pay consignors for items sold. The two women that left the terrible reviews should be ashamed of themselves for lying and to the last reviewer, Kathy r? If your friend has a boutique, why is she consigning her items? That makes no sense. Obviously these two are either irritated, rude customers or competitors. Either way I’ve known Nancy Coy for my entire life and two things she is not and never will be is a thief or a liar. So go try to write fake reviews about another place of business.

This consignment store is more for middle aged or older women. I was excited to check this place out but was quickly disappointed as soon as I walked in. There is barely any inventory and the clothes that they did have available was not impressive. While I was there shopping, only women that were 50+ came in. Basically proves my theory.

I would not consign with Restyle EVER! My friend who owns an upscale boutique out of town consigned $ 40,000 in NEW clothes. In 7 months she got a check for $ 65.00 dated in January. She received it in May! Went to pick up her stuff, she put it in white trash bags and very little merchandise. So where did it all go??? I hear the store is closing in August and she is leaving the state. But still continuing to accept items! BEWARE! Can you say FRAUD! THIEF!

Good location. Employees adequately friendly. The merchandise is not particularly stylish unless you like dark colors. Maybe this will change with the seasons. Wish they carried a few gently used designer items. I find the place a little pricey for used clothes. Worth a look but don’t be disappointed if you walk out without a purchase. Keep trying!
