Terrible customer service and they lie about work being completed. I’ve had a broken window since December that I was told was replaced once in December and once in January. However this window was never installed and they left it completely open to the elements causing a pipe break in the apartment. This company is terrible with follow up as well I wouldn’t recommend these guys to my worst enemy.

When purchasing my house, the inspector noticed some window issues. The seller contacted this company to take care of the repairs. They were contacted a month prior to closing. They came out to do the repairs the day before closing and only managed to fix the sliding door. We were told they didn’t have the right parts for the windows. 3 weeks after closing, I FINALLY heard from them to schedule another appointment to look at the windows again thanks to the seller’s agent checking up. One of the windows was stuck open at this point. They scheduled for the end of the next week(now a month after it was supposed to be done). Something happened while I was out of town and the appointment did not happen. I got multiple excuses about what happened. I was then being told that it would be at least another week before they could come out to LOOK at the windows(6 weeks after closing, 2.5 months after being hired). I wasn’t too happy about this, so they informed me they would refund me. It took them well over a month to get me the refund. In the meantime, I hired someone else who came out several days later, looked at the windows, got them in working order, and charged me a fraction of the cost. He was in and out within an hour and I have a fully functioning window again. If you want the run around and like to be overcharged, this is the company for you. The only thing I will give them credit for is that they did eventually refund me… 3 months after the initial order.

The most pathetic company I’ve ever had to deal with. Whether they have deals or not their customer service is a joke. I called 3 times to schedule an appointment on an EXISTINGORDER— meaning that they had already taken payment from me! And nothing, no answer. Left a couple of messages and no answer back. This place is an embarrassment to any customer service company in America. I get better service at a Walmart for crying out loud!

They never answer the phone! Forever hold but they do call you back if u leave a msg but you are screwed if you don’t answer because they never answer the phone!!!

Excellent experience with this company. They gave us a quote for replacing two hail-damaged windows and four hail-damaged window screens. The quote was 40% less than one we got from another company. They came out to do an estimate, ordered the windows, and came back a week later to do the installation. Technicians were polite and did a great job. Other companies took messages and never even returned our calls, so we think 5280 Window was a good choice!
