Last week, I purchased several items for my daughter here for her birthday. This was my first time in the store. I saw the sign that stated no refunds or exchanges.
As the cashier was ringing me up, I grabbed a silver necklace with a music note pendant dotted with tiny rhinestone and gave it to her. I went home and wrapped it right away. When my daughter opened it, she loved it, but noticed right away that a rhinestone was missing. I called to explain that I was not wearing my glasses, so I did not notice it was missing when I gave it to the cashier, nor when I wrapped it.
They would not budge on letting me trade it for another one. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.
So, if you plan to purchase anything here, buyer beware. I will not be returning here.

This is a good place to buy cool cheap jewelry. I’ve bought several pairs of earrings for $ 1.50. They have cool cheap makeup, too. You can spend much more on rhinestone costume jewelry and nice gifts. They even have tiaras here.
