Customer service is crappy!
Barely people here & we saw our server like 2 times since we have been here for 70 mins!
We had to tell them to clear our table.

First time and last we wont come back i rather eat at mcdonald wich i think they have much better costumer service, one star here is way, slow service, food took forever, ask the waitres for 2 soft drinks and we got served pale flat tasting soda, waitress took forever to come back to the table, we didint see no manager on duty and no one aproach our table to see how we were doing the hostess seem to be very busy carriying food uot from kitchen to guest tables, finally my food came out but ny children and wife didint after waiting their food start to come out slowly (one plate at a time) finaly we all get our greasy not taste food together. sorry wont come back.

Came to Applebee’s expecting outstanding FOOD. Totally disappointed. We ORDERED 2 swiss mushroom burgers and fries. The burger was over cooked and hard. We found 3 small slices of dried out mushrooms in the burger.
The buns had no dressing on them but came with a packet of mayonnaise that we had to apply.
The french fries were so unappealing that we couldn’t eat them. They were hard and dried out.
We normally love Applebee’s but this was a total disappointment.
The waitress, on the other hand, was excellent.

We had a bad experience at a different location but this one totally made up for it. The servers were extremely helpful. They Seemed to really care about what was going on. The food was quick, hot and quite good. We were not rushed or pressured to leave. I recommend this location and will return when I can.

I should start with saying I’ve been coming here for many, many, years. Although not recently, until yesterday. I try to avoid Applebee’s as much as possible, I rank it right up there next to McDonalds. Its a glorified fast food restaurant. Applebee’s overall has been going through a lot of changes, trying to keep up with everyone else with their menu items. I don’t think its working. Their selection has just been specified to certain taste. I don’t think Applebee’s is good for anything other than their appetizers. Its overpriced greasy and unsatisfying food. I was trying visit Red Robin for lunch instead, however my grandmother had her heart set on Applebee’s. My fiancé and I have had to take way too many visits to the bathroom after eating here yesterday. Ouch.

Yuck. I’m never going back to another Apple Bee’s. First & last. I am way better off at Red Robin or even Mc Donald’s. The service was okay, but the food was so bland! And I must add. MESSY. They spill sauces into the ramekins until they overflow and spill all over the plate beneath them… uh HELLO, waste of product equals less revenue AND it is so unpleasant to the eyes.
They cooked me a burger that had a patty that was ½ bigger than my hamburger buns… LOL who does that??? We ordered an app and you could tell that it was just all thrown in… no care for placement. I wouldn’t mind the unpleasing placement if the food was good, but nope. Nothing good about this place. TVs were so small too… nothing enjoyable.

We got our drinks first, I had ordered a Raspberry Lemonade which was watery. I mentioned this to our server and he brought back one that was much better. Little did I know that it was a sign of things to come.
Three of us went to this location for a little Mother’s Day dinner. Starting out the length of time to get the food might have been okay had they spend the extra time preparing a decent meal, but that didn’t work out for us. My mother ordered Shrimp Scampi Linguine. she thought it was okay, but we had to remind them to bring the bread.
I had ordered the Sizzling Double Barrel Whiskey Sirloins medium, but received well done steaks. The server said it was no problem he would get that corrected. The third plate finally came and it was the Shrimp & Broccoli Cavatappi. Now I’m thinking that if you order a shrimp meal that you might notice that there was no shrimp at all. I mean ZERO shrimp. No problem they will fix it. Still bland tasting.
My steaks came back, which are to be topped with red peppers, mushrooms, and caramelized onions in the flames of bourbon whiskey. Apparently when you reorder they leave the onions in the flames of the bourbon whiskey. I just sent the meal back and did not eat.
The manager came over and said she was sorry, but other than that they brought the bill and that was that. Which is my thinking on if I wanted to go back (that was that). Unfortunately Zero Stars was not an option.

Everytime I go here I have pretty good service. Recently I went and the waitress was always on top of getting everything for us. She was fast and professional with our order and made sure our drinks were always filled. I love this location. Only reason I don’t like it is because it’s always jam packed.

Went to this restaurant on ³⁄₂₀. Friend that was with me was served raw chicken in his boneless buffalo wing appetizer. Manager was very rude. Not impressed with service will not be going back to this place. Will drive further to other locations where I haven’t had a bad experience.

We came here at 630 on a Wednesday and were immediately seated. As soon as we sat down, presto machine #64 tended to our every need. It brought us drinks, appetizers and dessert and allowed us to pay our bill all with no human interaction. As a software designer, whenever I emerge from my darkened cuticle I seek the least interaction with those hairless apes we call humans. Why have waiters at all? That machine is great!

I love to eat a cryspy chicken
salad in Apple bee’s. But this Apple bee’s was not good… The chicken was not crispy enough, and I couldn’t get extra sauce even I asked 3 times… Not recommend…

I had an awful experience in this restaurant. An waitress keep asking us what we needed, but it sounded like saying Go Away! She asked us three times every 20 minutes. I don’t wanna go there again

Worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been to possibly the worst restaurant. I have had more than one rude server here and have gotten sick the last two times I went here. Needless to say I won’t be returning again. This place sucks don’t go here! Go to the ram 2 minutes away for better food and beer!

The bartender did a great job. The music selection there does suck. Every TV had on the NBA Allstar game so if you like Basketball then you will have fun. The food was good not excellent.

Cold fries. Long wait for horrible drinks. Taps seriously need cleaning on the IPA draft beers and the bartender can’t make a Long Island ice tea. Horrible meal totally but our waitress really tried to make things better by bringing some fresh hot fries. Really never ever plan on going back to this Applebee’s. Sad!!!

Filthy. That sums it up. I would have thought since we were one of the first customers of the day that the restaurant would have at least been clean. After looking a little close, it appeared that the restaurant had not been vacuumed in awhile. There was pine needles, and general bits of debris. One family was seated in a booth and the host stated something to the affect, don’t mind all the coloring on the table a wild 5 year old did it. After that family left, and there table was bussed, there was still a used napkin under the table. The tables appeared to be clean, but the general poor cleanliness of the restaurant makes me questions other parts of the restaurant.
I’ll be up front, i’m pretty sure a huge majority of the items on the menu are frozen. That said the food was only ok. I ordered the quesadilla burger with an order of ½ regular ½ sweet potato fries. The burger was ok, but the fries were cold and had an unpleasant taste. I’m not sure if my cold unappetizing fries has something to do with the size of our crowd.

Omg! They have this tabIet thingy on your table and you can actually look up some menu and order your food and drinks from there! You can also swipe your card and pay for everything on that Tablet which is cool. There is games on that tablet that you can play while you are on a wait for your food. Boredom solved!
Went there and tried some dessert! «Blue ribbon brownie» it was delicious! I love how they serve it while the brownie is still warm and the vanilla ice cream just melt on it. Yummylicious! although its delicious I don’t really think 5.49 is a good price for it, one brownie and one scoop of ice cream is not enough for my tastebuds

Top of the day you all. I feel really sorry writing this as one of my friends works here. But the service received not by my friend of course was terrible. The food is bad. How can you not get quesadillas right. Sad place. It reflects the lack of training and the lack of professionalism from the franchise owner, the leadership set in this joke of restaurant and the employers. Bad day.
The only thing right is the location and the hours of service nothing else.

Reading this review, you should keep in mind that I love Applebee’s. I am a huge fan of Applebee’s, despite this location.
My friend and I went in to this Lakewood location after a long, trying day, filled with bad customer service and long wait times.
Then our experience here blew everything else out of the water.
First, we had to wait for a table. Fine, normal for a Saturday night. No big deal.
15 minute wait for the table — Pretty standard at a busy place on a weekend.
We were shown to a booth, we ordered drinks.
20 minute wait just to receive drinks, one of which was water.
This should have been the first cue, and we should have left and found another restaurant at this point. But damnit, we hadn’t eaten all day and we were starving. We also both love Applebee’s, as a chain.
We placed our order which included appetizers.
For 40 minutes we sat, anxiously anticipating our food.
No one checked on us in this time or asked if we needed anything.
After we hit the 30 minute mark, we contemplated leaving and finding something faster. Appetizers are supposed to be served quickly, or there’s no point in ordering them.
Finally our food was brought out to us, entrees and appetizers, making the appetizers rather useless.
But here’s the kicker, the thing that ruined our experience completely.
They had no silverware.
I don’t mean they forgot to bring it out.
I mean they served us steak and mashed potatoes with no silverware and when we actually had to ASK for basic utensils, the waitress said they were OUT of silverware.
5 minutes later she came back and asked us if we needed anything else, and we had to repeat ourselves and say we still needed silverware, about ready to just start eating with our hands.
Finally, she procured some silverware, and we desperately dug into our food. One problem. My friend’s food was great, we had ordered the same thing. However, my steak was absolutely saturated in salt. All I could taste was salt.
I ate the appetizers, and the potatoes, but the steak was absolutely awful.
I brought this to the waitress’ attention, even though I really just wanted to leave at that point, and as expected this kept us there an additional 30 minutes while we waited for the manager to approach the table.
$ 10 was taken off the receipt, without keeping in mind we had upsized our steaks so to actually compensate $ 12 should have been removed, but we didn’t care. We didn’t even care about the money. We honestly just wanted to get the hell out of here and never return. They offered us another entrée, but honestly, another 40 minute wait for something dreadfully tasting. Let’s just say we got the f out of here and went to Dairy Queen.
I love Applebee’s.
This place is a sad excuse for a restaurant.
