They should of kept this location closed they have Terrible service on every level. Waited forever to be seated yet half the restaurant had empty tables, I had 2 waitresses yet it took forever to get service. Food was Terrible once it finally came. Chips were burnt, crackers stale, soup was cold. Never got any drink refills or asked if everything was ok. I regret going to this location and will never be returning. If you want good food and service go elsewhere

I came here on my lunch with my cowoker, the waitress was doing a good job until she got sent home. My reason for leaving one star is that management today sent her home infront of me, in the middle of serving me her manager sent her home! Atleast pull the employee into the backroom. The drama of sending the server home in the middle of her shift isnt the worst part, the worst part is that the manager didn’t have anyone cover her tables after she was forced to go home. I don’t like that i had to wait for 20 minutes for a water refill, another 10 to finally get my bill. You guys really need to think about your customers before you cut your employees.

This place has terrible customer service. I was trying to pick up my to go order(which I could see, was already ready and just sitting on the metal cart right behind the registers), and that took around 15 minutes to get because the workers were just socializing. Another worker was standing at the register while I was waiting to pay and looking at her watch. I finally asked her if she could help me get my order because I knew it was getting cold and her response was, «oh, I’m clocking out now.» She clocked out and left. Another worker helped me, finally, but when I finally received my food, it was cold. I will never come back to this Chili’s. Next time, I hope they shut down for good.

2.5 stars? My aunt used to take my sister and I here all the time as kids and I remember always getting the skillet queso. A lot has changed since then. I guess it wasn’t a bad thing but we had two servers(they didn’t say either of them we’re trainees or sown thing either). The skillet queso was served in a smaller and thinner skillet so there was much less of it. One of our servers did refill our chips without asking which was nice. I got steak and chicken fajitas. I’ve seen chicken nuggets with more meat. I got five flour tortillas and there was not nearly enough meat for them. In the skillet with the meat were only onions and green peppers. I got a side dish with some sorry pale looking cheese(enough for only two tortillas), a dollop of guac, a dollop of sour cream, and a dollop of salsa. It’s almost a good thing it took 45 minutes to get our food(including my diabetic aunt whose sugar was low) because I was able to fill up on chips since my entrée was so lacking. My sister for the mix and match three item entrée deal. The first two she got were okay but she didn’t even want to finish trying her mediocre tostada. They have those pay at your table terminal things. My aunt tried to ask one of our servers if it had one of those new credit card chip readers besides just the card swipe but he was in a rush and automatically assumed she just had no idea how to use the whole thing and tried to walk/baby her through it. And then reminded us that ‘when’ we come back(not!) we should ask specifically for him and our other server. All in all a less than ideal experience that really left me with no desire to return and tarnished a childhood memory.

This is my first time at this location Beth was my waitress she make my visit very pleasant. I order the mango-chile chicken with citrus-Chile rice the chicken was to salty and the rice was hard like it hadn’t been cooked properly other than that service was awesome

Ok I know this is just a regular place everyone has been too. But I like the ambiance and the drink specials are good and with all the tv’s they have it almost seems like a sports bar and they play really good music too! My favorite thing to get here is the fajitas trio. Goes really well with a nice cold beer and a football game!!!(My 49ers are not doing so well) That said the place is pretty cool. So my fellow Unilocalers I will see you at the bar!!!

Great service. We decided to sit in the bar section, personally i like it better than waiting for a table because you get to just self sit. The food was perfection, good quality, also the quantity was good. I am definitely a fan of the 2 for $ 20 deal.

We ordered a salad(the one with mandarin oranges, cranberries, etc… forget the name), a ribeye steak, and the slider plate with fries. All were very good. I was surprised at the ribeye steak. I didn’t expect a decent steak out of Chili’s but was craving one. The wife’s salad was gone… so definitely yummy! My son’t sliders were very good… so he says. My steak came with mashies and steamed broccoli and I was pleased with everything. Service was quick and freindly. All in all I was happy with our visit and would return.

I really don’t know why my family likes going here. I gave it a 3 star because it’s an ordinary chain restaurant. I do like their unlimited chips and salsa appetizer and it is delicious. And I do like their 2 dinner for 20 dollars offer cause it saves money with a dining experience, but that’s about it. If you want something ordinary this is the place to be.

*Vegan review* They were accommodating to my needs but even then the food was lacking. Something about it being«Chillis» I guess. The omnivores I was with also did not seem to enjoy the food. But the service was great and the food came out fast.

I was not going to leave a review but this is the biggest flatbread I’ve ever had at a chilis! Woo hoo! Daniel and Ben were very upbeat and helpful — great customer service!

I want my free appetizer, free appetizer, free appetizer I want my free appetizer, free appetizer, free appetizer Chili’s, free birthday month app/dessert’s awesome sauce! BIRTHDAYMONTH=BIRTHDAYCOUPONS=HAPPYRODNEY 3.5 stars Free appetizer or dessert for Rewards members It’s been many moons ago since I’ve stepped foot inside a Chili’s. My first experience with Chili’s was when a coworker brought their skillet queso & chips for everyone to have. I remember really enjoying the cheese dip, with seasoned beef & oily, yet crispy, tostada chips. I’ve maybe been to Chili’s once or twice after that. So, when I saw an email in my inbox for a free appetizer or dessert, I couldn’t pass up the enticing offer of free food. Being the first one to arrive, I sat at the bar. Ordering is via the Ziosk tablets, which the friendly bartender informed me how to log in and redeem my reward. Tableside guacamole– First came a heaping plate of delicious warm tostada chips & house salsa. The house salsa was chunky with a good amount of heat. The chips were oily, yet crispy & not soggy. The bartender then brought out the tableside guac accoutrements– fresh avocadoes lime diced red onion salt diced tomatoes chopped cilantro fire-roasted jalapeño(extra per request) Made right in front of me, the guacamole was creamy & extremely filling. I didn’t feel bad stuffing my face since I was pigging out on the superfood of all superfoods, the avocado. All that healthy fat & nutrients filled me up until snack time 10 minutes later ;p I asked for a container to take the tostada chips home. Instead, I was given a packaged bag of fresh chips, along with a container of the house salsa. Cool! Several TV’s had football & soccer on to enjoy. Service was great. My soda water w/lime was refilled whenever it was running low & the manager came by & asked how I was doing. Chili’s was dead while I was there, as I managed to miss the lunch crowd. Because of that, there seemed to be a lot of seating, both in the bar and restaurant Parking is in a private lot shared by Jimmy John’s, Jamba Juice & other businesses. Another birthday reward bite the dust! Chili’s does a fine job as a Happy Hour spot — grabbing a few drinks, ordering some app’s & enjoying the game. I thoroughly enjoyed the tableside guacamole & will enjoy snacking on the chips & salsa at home for the next few days. I was happy, both with being full & with the great service I received. Recommend! NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM

We have been coming here throughout the years but I hadn’t been back in maybe a few months. First off our waitress hadn’t even seen us or acknowledged our existence for 15 minutes until I started asking other workers for water. And after waiting for said time she came up and said she would see us in a few minutes. So at this point my group already knew it wasn’t going to be a great experience. The table next to us was actually very upset about waiting for their food for a long time and actually getting their food and it being really cold even asked the waitress to touch it and see how cold it was. Later on after the table next to us was fed up with their quality of service and spoke to multiple managers we started getting different servers and waiters. Even our waitress who was also theirs changed her attitude and was much nicer in the end. And my fork and knife actually had a bunch of gunk on it :/.

Worst customer service. Had a simple Ribeye steak and it was super salty. When I said something about it being salty the server’s(Jasmine) answer was«will you live»? Never asked to take it back and give me a new one. No let me take that off the bill or would you like something different. Then there are the restrooms. They look like they haven’t been cleaned in hours.

I’m not a fan of the electronic ordering but we were able to order with our waitress. Our party was broken up into two tables which turned out okay. The berry margarita was really good. I could have sat there and drank just that. I ordered the make it a combo and had the chicken and shrimp. The shrimp were tiny and lacked flavor. My chicken was dried out. My husband had the steak which was overdone. Everyone else seemed content with their food but did not finish them. It was just okay for me. I hadn’t been in years. Can’t say I’d return anytime soon.

I had dinner here with my family a few days ago and both service and prices were excellent. I had not been to Chili’s in a while so it was nice to have a relaxing dinner. It was clean and well managed and our server was very nice and brought us refills without us asking. We will be back again soon I posted a photo of the salad I had, I wish I could remember the name but but my daughter ordered for me. She wanted me to try something different aside from burgers. The salad was good, it had chicken, avocado, black beans and it had lemon in the marinade, perfect! Thanks!

Yes, I’m rating a chain. Why I’m even bothering when I rated my experience low, is so that people who know me understand that I’m not a snob. I’ll eat just about anything except fast food. I have both good and bad experiences at chains — this time this visit happened to be the latter … Sat at the bar with my coworker and the service was decent. Friendly, but a little slow. Lunch hour during the week so I would expect that servers would be have a little more spring in their step so that workers on their lunch hour aren’t getting back on the clock too late. I like the chips served. If it’s fresh, it’s warm and sort of brittle as opposed to thick. I didn’t think I’d like my coworkers suggestion, however, it was me, who asked for a refill on the chips and salsa. I ordered the cajun pasta with seared shrimp. Just look at the photo I posted. Cajun? Seared? I would have sent it back but it wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t cajun or seared. If I were there at another time other than my lunch hour, I would have sent it back. There was absolutely no heat. Even my coworker, who thinks ketchup is spicy, said she wouldn’t be able to tell if it was cajun if she took the bite blindfolded. As for seared, look up the definition and then look at my picture. There’s some technology on the tables for guests to play with and there should be a way that prevents automatic charging if someone starts clicking through the menus or apps. I was charged but the charge was reversed but imagine if a child starts playing on it. They could rack up charges while the family is eating as there’s nothing to stop them aside of pop up messages that anyone can just click thru. I do like the desserts served at Chili’s however, I had to be back to work for a meeting so had the service been a little faster, this review might have a better rating because I would have left with a better taste in my mouth; one of their awesome desserts.
