At the beginning of the summer I woke up with a super sharp pain in my neck that radiated out into my shoulder. I went to the chiropractor I was seeing at the time and was not able to get relief from him even after several visits. I then started doing massage which, helped, but not enough. I ended up in about 8 weeks of PT and at the end of that 8 weeks I still had no relief. The entire summer I was in pain and lost sleep every night. I was a zombie. I was recommended to Dr. Sande and did research on line about the type of chiropractic he does. I figured I’d try him out because my next step was to go to the doctor. After just one visit, Dr. Sande was able to relieve my neck pain by about 50%. Throughout the next several weeks my neck pain is almost alleviated. I have some other hip and leg pains that I am working on relieving as well. I have had to see Dr. Sande quite a bit, but his goal is to lessen the amount of visits you have to go to him for. I started out going about every 4 days and now I am down to once a week. He is now introducing some supplements into my diet to try and help my body sustain the adjustments longer. The goal is to see him less and less. His prices are great and he does take insurance. Super nice guy and I feel very comfortable with his adjustments. Can’t say enough good things about him! I have been receiving chiropractic care from Dr. Sande for several years and I am continually impressed with his knowledge and quality of service. Having a physically demanding job and living an active lifestyle, I know that I would not be able to do the things I love to do without his help. Dr. Sande is committed to the health of his clients and is always learning new and more effective ways to treat them. I find his use of impulse iQ adjusting to be the most gentle, precise, and complete chiropractic treatment. After a pretty serious snowboarding accident on thanksgiving my in-​laws insisted i find a chiropractor… so i did a search and found Dr. Sande.
I picked him because his website stated he was a Palmer grad. And the in-​laws insisted if i was going to a chiropractor he/​she had to be a Palmer grad.
I have never been to a chiropractor before so i gave him a shot. within a matter of weeks i was feeling much better.
Dr. Sande’s office is perfect, and so is he! Strong enough to get the right spots handled and professional enough so you feel comfortable at his hands.
And you can’t beat his cost! he also accepts most insurances.
I highly recommend him!
