Just had my car wash, love this place. They are very friendly. Next time I may do a full detail, our cars really need it.

We had a Mercedes Benz 500S interior detailed at this location… after going back and forth with the supposed (detail) manager who supposedly kept calling the owner and coming back telling us to call his office #(the office of the location we are in) or email him, because they don’t give refunds and to come back another time to have it redone… the young man said the owner was at a different location so we asked what location we’ll show him ourselves then we were told he was traveling to all the locations. After about 20 mins another woman (the GM) came apologized and had the car taken directly back to clean it… At this point Im only giving one star… we’ll see what the outcome is… TO BE CONTINUED… so after waiting another 2 hours… they did not call to say they were finished with the vehicle but it was parked out front when we came back… they wiped the ash trays vacuumed a bit more no refund no apologies from the owner… no offer of anything but the owner saying «they did 200 worth of work! And said he wasn’t going to do a $ 400 detail for $ 200…so your admitting you could do a better job and no one quoted us $ 400 or offered a better detail for a different price… STAY AWAY FROM CLASSY CHASSIS. .AND TO ADD I stopped getting coffee here too I went from an everyday customer to not coming back to the coffee stand because of how the manager treated us one time when my coffee wasn’t right… but that’s a whole other review! And keep in mind these are just a few of the pics of the NOT SO «DETAILED» detail job!

I love everything about this place! I had been going to a competitor, nothing but horrible experiences.
Classy Classy is the only place I will ever go now. They have earned a customer for life. Their customer service is amazing! Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Thievery! My detail tech replaced my brand new, unopened, still sealed, box of Newport cigarettes with his pack that had only 2 cigarettes left in it. Called when I noticed once I got home. Was put on hold for 10 minutes the first time, while the front desk lady supposedly went around asking the techs if they knew what happened.
Of course when she gets back to me, she says no one knew anything. I described the tech & she knew exactly who I was talking about. She said she’d give him a «talking to», have the manager give me a call, & see what she could do, but that sounded like bs so I asked if I could get the manager on the phone now. She said he wasn’t available, but the next authoritative figure under him could speak with me.
She then puts me on hold for another 10 minutes. I think she was hoping I’d give in & just hang up. The guy tells me he’ll have the manager watch the video monitoring surveillance, he’ll call me back, «sorry», and basically «bye». I then ask, «How is the manager going to call me back when you didn’t even take my phone number?» He did get my # afterwards, but I shouldn’t have had to remind him in the first place. Shows how much they care about a thief working for their establishment. I asked the «lower manager» when I could expect to hear from the top manager @ the latest. He says to me, «I’m not sure.»
The long call ended with no resolve & I feel like this probably happens all the time. If I was rich, I wouldn’t have made such a big deal about it, but cigarettes are not cheap. I paid $ 30 for the wash, but really ended up paying $ 40 unwillingly since my detail tech STOLE my cigarettes. Thank God I didn’t have anything else of value in my car or he probably would’ve stolen that too! To top it all off, @ the end, I had to ask for my air freshener that comes with the Wash-​N-​Shine package! Had I not noticed before driving off the lot, I would’ve been ripped off for that also. That will be the first & last time I EVER go to this place.

GREAT service. Always super helpful and go above and beyond what I expected from a simply oil change. nikolas had great customer service and I will be coming back for him!

Well today, the day after, I reached out to the owner Cory and I must say i was impressed. He took the time to walk me through the breakdown of communication on their end and apologized that my experience was not handled in a better way. He made it right by having his staff redo my interior. Thank you.. because the owner took the time to meet with me and address the issue I am upgrading them to three stars. I will give them another chance in the future with hope that some customer service training is done. If I could have given a ½ of a star I would have done that instead of 1. Actually no star would best suit my experience today at the Classy Chassis on Custer in Lakewood.
First off the young lady first helping me was rude and made me feel less than welcomed. Asking me for a receipt to use the gift card I had. .Who has receipts for gift cards they receive? Then she had to ask me for my name 4 times! Really, pay attention to the customer in the first place. Explain that I would like my car washed, waxed, clean and shampoo the carpets, leather cleaned and treated. Total came to just under $ 75.
Ask how long they said about 1&½ hours. I see they are busy and said no problem I will leave it here and be back in about 2 hours. They ask for my number to put on the receipt to call me when it is done.
Well 5:30 rolls around and still no call, so I just head on back there figuring it should be done.
First thing in notice is a piece of me side trim is missing go inside to get the keys and tell them. He comes out and acts like he knew nothing about the piece being missing but goes inside and comes out with the piece. In the meantime I am inspecting my car, well the trunk had not been vacuumed or wiped, the leather had not been treated, the windshield still had the water marks from where my wipers had pushed the water to. Basically looks like they ran it through the machine and did a quick wipe down and vacuum. Doubt that they eveb shampoed the carpet.
Go inside to talk to the manager and just as I begin to talk to him the same young girl that was rude when I first got there, gives me look, I made the remark that she should pay attention to her customer and not me.
Well the manager did not like that and told me as much. Now we have two managers looking over my car, one is the detail manager and the other is the car wash manager, one is arguing with me and the other with my husband that the car was cleaned, that I would have had to pay an additional $ 3 to have the trunk done. LMAO really $ 75 was not enough! The detail manager is saying that the leather was treated and that it is not going to look treated because I left it sitting there for 2 hours. .OMG, I told them that’s a bunch of BS… and that they were suppose to call me, why else did you my number on the receipt.
Then I tell them I am just going to call the owner Cory, that’s fine one says, I will just tell him what you are like. Yeah a very unhappy customer who feels like I paid 75 bucks for a basic car wash that I could have had done any where for 15 bucks.
Not once did either of them say we will take care of it, or sorry let me get someone to treat the leather and all the other trim on the outside that should have been treated as well.
Never again will go there. .then when your standing out front it stinks like nasty rags that have been sitting long, and dirty water. YUCK.
What a dump.
There is a place on South Tacoma Way called Metal Magic that will get my business going forward. They treat you like royalty, cost is about 25 bucks more but we’ll worth it. I had mentioned to the owner, who was also manningb the front counter that next time I came in I would like a little more detailed paid to a certain hard to clean area. She went right out and had her crew do it and apologized.
Now that is service.

I will not go back ever again they charged me 150 for a professional exterior detail an It looks the same I fell like I got rip off.

Always excellent customer service. I was actually here yesterday but forgot to check in. David greets us in the front with with such politeness! I love this place.
If you want your ride looking clean without the crappy attitude… then this is the place. While you wait, you can go to their coffee shop or wait inside and have a seat to watch tv.

I took my bug-​covered Jeep here for a hand-​wash and shine, including the the inside. It took longer than I expected, but there were lots of bugs on the front and when they were done, it looked great. Very pleased and now I have a very happy Jeep! I’d recommended Classy Chassis.

This place was more than I ever expected. I got the supreme shine and wash and the team was quick and profecient. Took about a half hour and my dodge ram was looking good. Even with it being lifted they had no problem getting it done.

I came in to buy a gift certificate and the customer service was great! They have a variety of services available from simple car washes to full details inside and out. The prices are much better than many other detailing places in the area.

Great service and did a fantastic job detailing our SUV. The truck really needed it; was in storage for three years and had a mold spot on the back seat. They made it look like new and got finished a bit earlier than originally promised. Fantastic service and very courteous crew. Will definitely recommend to anyone that needs a good detailing.

I have been using the Puyallup location car wash for a few years, usually 8 – 9 times a year as I am unable to wash my vehicle myself. Until around a year ago, the wash (usually Ultimate grade) was acceptable– barely.
So far this year, I am convinced this location is a waste of time and money. The equipment is missing elements, the young people washing and spraying appear to care less– even when it’s not busy. Today I paid for a $ 15 wash. The pre-​spray merely wet the surface. The front of my vehicle was still dirty. I do not let my vehicles become caked or coated in mud, dirt, grime. As such my vehicles are not that difficult to clean.
I am not going to waste my time re-​training these young kids how to deliver a quality wash, and then being told I can have a re-​wash. I am just done using Classy Chassis. I’ll drive to Brown Bear in Tacoma/​Lakewood/​UP.

I went to Classy Chassis to have the oil changed on my 2001 Audi and the service was excellent! Very polite service tech and I was offered opportunity to upgrade some items which I did purchase. I upgraded the my Oil, changed out my airfilter and was offered a free car wash. Pricing was very competitive, employees were fantastic and took pride in their service. They double checked each service and ensured the service met my expectations. I was also offered a free coffee from the nice coffee shop next door while I waited. Highly recommended, I will be taking my other vehicles there for oil changes in the future!
As I was waiting, I notice a sign which said «If you’re happy with our service, tell a friend. If you not happy with our service, tell us immediately.» You can tell Classy takes pride in their work…

Classy Chasis is just amazing! I’ve been a returning customer for about two years now. The service is fast and my vehicle always comes out looking superb! The gentleman who did my car was more than customer oriented, he greeting me, informed me of services and was not to pushy, gave me the option to think about it and even have me a free example, I chose to add leather conditioning and it was well worth the money, I will definitely keep returning to this car wash because none of the others have the same warm feel that these hard working employees give, and I love my clean car!

I’ve been getting my car washed on a regular basis at classy chasssy for the past 18 months. The car wash that you drive in, is alright. It gets the job done. The car wash at the gas station is comparable. I’ve had my car vacuumed and lightly shampooed several times. This service is to include towel dry, and wiping down the dash and doors. It still has dust and dirt that would have taken 2 minutes to wipe clean. For 49.99 you can forget it. Save your money and frustration!!! They do not take the time to do a good job. They don’t care what your car looks like. I left and went to auto zone and bought wipes to clean the dash and doors myself.

A Lot of Great Things Going For Them, BUT …
I’ve been here several times, always loved the detail work, fair price points and nice facility — not to mention, the outstanding Coffee Shop and Wifi. I’ve liked this place enough to join their spam list and subscribe to their emails.
Today I went in bright and early for their $ 36.00 Wash and Shine (Forty-​Five Bucks, after tax and tip) … the work was as good as usual, but the Girl at the Register was snappy, snippy, arrogant and rude. She was terrible, and in the three minutes it took to pay for my services, she erased a half hour of work on behalf of the Classy Chassis staff.
Ironic, as she actually had the easiest job of the bunch — cash out customers who have already made the purchase decision and turned over their automobile to the hard-​working staff.
There are plenty of places to have detail work done and get a car wash — they still have great coffee, so I’ll probably return for that … despite this.

Tremendously disappointed. 3 issues. 1. The carwash smelled like sulfur/​sewage (SOMETHING), which is okay, if it was the only problem. 2. The back of my mini cooper was still dirty. Hmm… how do you miss a spot on a mini cooper (tiny!) let alone the entire back end, still dusty/​dry! 3. When you exit the carwash, they tell you «If you like us, tell a friend, if you don’t, tell us!» … that’s great, but when management doesn’t even acknowledge your complaint? I will NOT be coming back here, and will DEFINITELY take my business over to the ELEPHANT CARWASH where they vacuum out/​wipe down the inside of your car for just a few extra bucks, and they do it right. Customer service and all! Wait… 4^th complaint. This place takes FOREVER!

OK. The pictures posted were taken 30 minutes after I paid $ 12 «freaking dollars» at Classy Chassis in Lakewood last week on a clear and non rainy day! The EXTRA money added to the basic car wash was so they could clean my tires and rims ~ Yeah right, just check out my pictures!!! Had to wait to be helped at registar, got talked into the «upgrade» by an employee expressing what a GREAT job they’d do on my rims and tires. My 2006 Volvo XC90 was covered in water spots and I mean COVERED!
WORST CAR WASH AND EMPLOYEES EVER IN WASHINGTON STATE.
Best Car Wash in the area is Pink Elephant in Federal Way, believe me it’s worth the drive.
