Colling Insurance Services

Our company did business with Colling Insurance Services for 11 years and we were generally happy. Trouble started when the owner seemed to stop paying attention. Our account was passed off and the owner seemed to be around less and less. It became difficult to get straight answers. It became difficult to obtain timely answers and responses. The last straw was when I received three «different» quotes for our worker’s compensation insurance supposedly giving us a: a discount b: price with a small deductible and c: with a larger deductible– problem was the price broken down into payments was exactly the same for all three quotes. And the tiny discount didn’t carry over to any of the ones with deductibles. When this was brought to the owners attention he claimed to not see the problem. Not sure why that was but I can speculate. Whatever the reason my trust in this company plummeted. I went out on my own to find worker’s compensation insurance and save us over $ 1000.00.
Because I lost faith in this agency I asked them to remove themselves as our agent from our liability and commercial auto insurance. Which they did but then they seem to have taken it a step further and canceled our insurance effective 8−4−15. Our insurance carrier just got around to notifying us of the cancellation. Which means that we were not covered for over a month. Trust was an issue before but this is completely unforgivable!
