Domino’s Pizza

We came in and ordered. After just sitting threw an I.e.p. pizza night it is! Not to long of a wait either.& nice customer service.

I love dominos don’t get me wrong, my sister even use to work at this location. We order the same order all most always, and request for a thin crust pizza to be cut in to a standard pizza instead of the trademark dominos squares. I get it that’s there thing but when I’ve requested for the pizza to be cut traditionally online and making a phone call it should be done right the first time. In the past they’ve offered another pizza and because my sister worked there we accepted but this tome when I asked directly for a manager, was put on hold, spoke with a manager who did not state her name and stated at this point I did not want another pizza I would like a refund. Was put on hold yet again, when the same women picked up the phone and said I’m sorry about that but you’ll have to call back tomorrow and speak with the general manager I don’t have the resources to issue a refund, then was put on hold again when a man by the name of Sean I believe answered the phone and I again explained my situation and he said that won’t be a problem your transaction will be voided and that he was sorry for the inconvenience, how hard was that?
I know this sounds petty and childish but if I’m requesting for a «specialty» then as a customer I should get what I’ve asked for and paid for

Sorry I will give a good review when a review is deserved. Pasta bowl is small again with little to no pasta (they say portion control). My pizza looked burnt. Why? I spend about $ 100.00 or more a month at this store but if I had a choice because of location I would choose another. All I ask is make it right, it is my hard earned dollars that I spend here.

I guess I had not seen your message 3 months ago and just now reading it that says you was going to do a gift card? No one ever got back to me on that. I would prefer that they cook as they are cooking for paying customers.

I am not even joking when I say this is the worst dominoes ever !!! They are a bunch of young kids !!! One time they delivered a non cooked pizza !!! The next time they didn’t even put sauce on my pizza !!! I will never ever ever give this place business again !!! It’s a shame that people have the nerve to ruin a business someone built !!! Shame !!!

This has to be the most terrible service I’ve received. I got my pizza delivered only 10 minutes ago and it came up to me as though it had been for a ride in a drunk uncle’s car with no protection. I’m really disappointed in this and I am sure it is the Driver’s car. Why would the cook deliberately ruin their artwork like this? Sigh. This might be the last time that I order from this place.

First of all, if I call a place of business as a customer to inquire about my order after an hour & five minutes (when it said delivery in no more than 31), I would appreciate not getting spoke to like I’m a prison inmate or something, cut off, interrupted, & hung up on. If the kid had said his name, I would give it to you but of course he didn’t.
Secondly, after waiting an hour & 6 minutes, I would appreciate not being lied to when I look at the pizza tracker & it says it was delivered but I haven’t received it yet.
Third, when the driver does show up, & literally throws the pizza at my husband, did not give us a receipt so we could verify the charges & tip, but instead throws it at us, & says here’s your pizza & turns around & starts running up the stairs… There’s another problem.
And last. Our food. Never had I had worse food. Actually, our little boys could make better food. Our wings were undercooked, we paid for sauces we didn’t get, my pizza had no sauce on it when I asked for white sauce, the pizzas weren’t cut all the way (thank goodness I have a pizza cutter), pizzas were lukewarm & extremely soggy, and tasted like they were cooked in an easy bake oven.
I can’t believe the overall terrible service & food, and I look forward to forwarding this to your owner, operator, or CEO.
There is no amount of an apology that could ever make me want to eat Dominos again.

just ordered again to fulfill my female cravings u know …11pm on a sunday night no joke my pizza was here in 20 minute delivered by a super friendly not grumpy young man wow… ordered same gluten free pizza as b4 and was worried crust wud not be crispy since delivered so quickly… WRONG same awsome pizza kinda pissed cuz tastes so good and that means i will eat the whole thing tonight prolly oh well! enjoi

This Dominos is an anomaly! It’s fantastic. The people are great. The place is clean and I’m always happy to order. These guys are AWESOME! That’s right. I just gave a pizza CHAIN five stars on Unilocal.Brown Chicken Brown Cow.

The friendliest and most pleasant employees work at this location!
I’ve been in here a few times over the years and always I am greeted with a smile. That just isn’t common anymore… And is very nice to see and get.
The food is your typical dominos grub. I always get a sausage/​pepperoni large pizza. Always hot and fresh.
Parking can be an issue for carry out customers during busy times.

Typically I would give this place 5 stars because they have the best customer service of any Dominos I’ve ever been to; however today I was a bit disappointed when I ordered pasta and got home to find that there was barely any pasta in the bowl.
They do have fantastic customer service though and the one time I had to wait long for my pizza they threw in free sauce because of it. :)

I would rate it 5 stars if the wait wasn’t too long the last time I visit. I always like to pick up my own pizza so i would not know about the delivery service. But the food is good and cheap.

I don’t know if this is a new location or what, but I’ve never had that nice of an experience in a Dominos as I had in this Dominos location.
The décor of this Dominos looks new and the graphics and signage looked clean and well lit. I’ve also never see a Dominos with electronic menus. The menus are on two big screen TVs right above the register. Easy to see, even with my bad eyes.
The lady that took my order was so nice and friendly and fast. She even offered me the little packets of Parmesan cheese and said I could take as much as I wanted. Usually, I have to ask for the parm or red peppers since most of the Dominos I’ve been to don’t seem to want to willingly offer it.
The waiting area was clean and I took a gander behind the counter and in the prep station area and that also looked very clean.
The lady that took my order also made my pizza and it’s odd but I’ve never seen someone actually look like they are so focused on making a good pizza. It’s like I could tell in her face that she was really trying to make a delicious pizza in the way she pressed out the crust/​pizza base. That was nice, even if maybe I’m reading into things.
Plus two mediums for around $ 13. I thought about going to Lil Caesars across the street but they were busy, as usual, and I actually like Dominos crust better so I went across the street. And I’m glad I did.
