Horrible with delivery orders if you plan to order from this location to have it delivered you better call 5 or 6 times to confirm although I called once to make sure my mom got her fruit on her birthday they like I ordered and was promised I got the … Oh there was a miss understanding I thought that someone was picking it up… Sure let me send my 80 year old mom on her birthday to get her present although I paid 14 for delivery … Really just admit that you messed up. Great way to run a delivery business. I wouldn’t even pick up from this place if it was free.

I ordered the Delicious Daisy and Chocolate Dipped bananas arrangement to be delivered to my boyfriend’s work for his birthday. I live in a different state, so I just had my fingers crossed that it would be beautiful, fresh, and delivered at a reasonable time. When I ordered, I called and spoke to Sarah, who was fabulous! She answered all of my questions and was very caring about everything. Well – my boyfriend totally loved it! Especially the chocolate covered bananas, which Sarah assured me were delicious. And she was right! He loved the chocolate covered bananas the best. It was a little pricey (around $ 70 total) but truly worth every penny to make someone’s day. My boyfriend sent me a few pictures of the arrangement (which I’ve posted) and he was just so surprised and delighted. My only thing I’d do differently if I ordered again is not get strawberries in it. Strawberries just don’t refrigerate well and the looked a little wilted from being refrigerated. The arrangement itself is beautiful, I will give them that. But their staff is rude and very racists and judgmental. I received a call from a Liz (who sounded like she was in her late 50’s) and was told that they couldn’t deliver my package because the name looked so foreign and they couldn’t tell if it was a man or a woman, so they left it at a neighbors house. I called back to speak with this Liz and she was put off by the fact that I actually called back because she left me a voicemail to do so. She was quite rude and brash to me because she said that I was confused by the fact that I am foreign?! Wtf does that even have to do with anything? The fact was that I made an order and you didn’t deliver! Don’t even try and drag race into this! Their customer service relations called me back to apologize and I refuse to do business with them, ever again!
