ESM Cellphone Repair

I needed a faulty power switched replaced from the motherboard of my Samsung S4. It is a fairly simple job, but without the right tools, impossible to do. I called ahead, brought my phone in, and it was ready for pickup within 2 hours. Great news considering the 4 hour quote time for the repair. The phone has worked problem free since. Service was friendly, quick, and inexpensive.

Dropped my phone off and it was done in an hour

I came here around October 2015, and now it’s January 2016. My screen has lifted, I had cracked my iPhone 5s screen and replaced it. Now my phone freezes and doesn’t respond with touch. The crazy thing is when i went in and they «fixed» it, right when I walked out the story it wasn’t responding to my touch, literally. I came back in and told them, they said they’ll give me 5 $ off discount and glass protector. And they re did the whole thing. My screen is now lifted because it is cheap quality. It’s listed in there warranty too so that means it will happen to you to be honest. They messed up 2 times.

This place is great! Went in to get my IPad repaired and it was done the same day! The guy that helped me explained the problem right away! Come try it out!

So I usually always come here to get my boyfriends phone repaired because he’s super careless with his phone and is always cracking his screen. This time around we brought the phone about 30 minutes before closing and we were told it’d be fixed.
We go and pick it up and so far so good, then his phone is unresponsive, glitches, and has some discoloration on the screen. We think ok, maybe he rushed the job because they were closing. So We take it back yesterday and I’m told that the 30 day warranty won’t cover the screen again due to damages to the phone because he noticed the phone was bent which it already was the last time they fixed it. So that voided the warranty. So not only did I pay 75 last week for them to do a bad job I’m also paying another 85 today to get that bad job fixed. Although it should have been on them because the phone was already damaged the first time around and the screen wasn’t even cracked when I brought it back.

Guys fixed my cracked iPhone 5s screen in about an hour. Price was $ 82. Looks just like new.

These guys are on the ball, and fixed the cell phone in just a short period of time. They have a good selection of cases and colors. They are very professional.
I had them fix a broken screen. They tried to talk me into an extra coating on the front to protect it in the future. I thought that I would be fine without it. Then a couple of weeks later, I broke it again. This time I will pay the extra for a really good case with silicone edges, and that extra piece on the front of the cell phone.

I broke my screen on my iPhone 5S in April 2015. I called ESM and spoke with Alex who assured he could have it fixed while I was on lunch. I drove over quickly and he moved everything aside to fix my phone quickly. This is a company phone and I needed it same day. He accommodated and the phone is still working perfectly. I recommend ESM to anyone with mobile device issues.

This place is truly amazing! my only go to place whenever I need any electronic repairs the staff are very professional very helpful and the prices are always reasonable!
Alex the technician has repaired two iPhones and a iPad for me within the last year repairs done quick I was amazed how fast I got my items back.
I will most definitely recommend the shop to anybody looking to have great service at a reasonable price.

Got my phone fixed about 3 months ago and also purchased tempered glass screen. Paid $ 120 for everything and 3 months later my phone cracks, without dropping it or anything, UNDER THE TEMPERED GLASS.
Pretty sure that isn’t supposed to happen :-(
My middle button keeps getting stuck and my screen doesn’t let me click anything at times, so I have to restart my phone entirely.
Very disappointed and expected so much better, especially for the price I paid.

This is now our go-​to place to get my son’s iPhone screen repaired, because he has a regrettable tendency to drop it. They fix quickly and pleasantly. We’ve been there several times now. Price used to be better, they recently raised it sky high. I would have given them five stars, except that my son’s screen broke with no provocation only 2 weeks after they’d repaired it. Makes me think they’re using super cheap flimsy knock-​off screens that are brittle. They only gave him $ 10 off on the repair, which was STILL more expensive than the last time he had it fixed. Next time we’ll get genuine Apple screen. However, if you’re in a hurry and you’re near the Long Beach Towne Center, this is a good place to go.

First off let me say Fuck Apple for telling me they couldn’t fix my screen and I came in here and Alex fixed my screen INSTANTLY. Great customer service, decent pricing. Got my iPhone 6 screen replace after I dropped it in the driveway and cracked the screen for the first time ever in my life. Definitely the place to go for phone repairs!!!

I called two places about repairing my phone (LG G2) that was having touchscreen problems. Both quotes to replace the LCD+digitizer were about the same, but these guys were nicer and friendly on the phone so they got my business.
I dropped the phone off in the afternoon and it was ready a couple of hours later. For both drop off and pick-​up I was in and out in about 5 minutes each time.
Unfortunately, the same touchscreen problems started to happen within a day of the repair. New screen, so totally strange! I dropped back in and they took another look, researched the problem even more, double-​checked other phone parts, and put in yet another LCD+digitizer, no extra charge. (Turns out this is a widely experienced issue with my type of phone, so while the exact cause of the problem couldn’t be identified, I felt like they did everything they could to keep it from happening again aside from basically replacing the phone).
Glad to say the phone is now working like a champ. Really appreciate these guys doing a good, quick job and being understanding and accommodating when the same problem happened after the initial repair.

From what I got from just standing in here is the American Dream style business. It looks like a few buddies got a shop going and are just doing their own thing. I may be incorrect but I love the idea of giving to a small proprietor that actually seems to want to earn my business.
They were quick on the phone and told them I couldn’t come in to pay for my screen so they could have it shipped out. It wasn’t an issue they invoiced me through paypal and I paid right away. Within a week they had the screen and I came in and they were able to switch it out in 2 hours.
Once done they made sure everything was good and ready to go. They made sure I knew there was a warranty on it if the screen did anything strange as well.
Felt very professional and I hope that they continue to do well. They have earned my business if I have any other phone issues.

Alex was super sweet on the phone to help me out with my water damaged phone told me to bring it in on top on bringing another phone to clean. it was my first time there so he cleaned my iPhone 6 for free. I would def come back. great customer service !

These guys are absolute lifesavers. I am on vacation and cracked my screen while at Disneyland. Found ESM right here on Unilocal and gave them a call. They fixed my phone in about an hour. Good as new!!! Cost me way less than it would have back home. Thank you! Thank you! thank you!

These guys are great! Called on a Monday morning to see if they can fixed my cracked iPhone 5 screen and they told me to bring in my phone. They quoted me $ 59 (really great price compared to others I was referred to). Brought in my phone and told them how I cracked my screen and they recommend a temper glass for my phone. So happy they did as I’ve never heard of it. They estimated it to be done in 2 hours but was called within the hour. Both the guy who helped me when I dropped my phone and Alex who repaired it were great. I have since recommended this place to my group of friends in the area, who have had multiple cracked screens.
