Fantastic Sams Hair Salons

Been here twice for highlights, could not be more impressed, inexpensive but such high quality everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable anyone here is as great as the next

I went in for a haircut today and there were 3 stylists and no customers. One was sitting in the customer area, the other on the phone and the 3^rd one at her station. The one sitting down got up and got me checked in and told me to sit down while they did a little clean up. The one that was on the phone ended the call and proceeded to talk to the other 2 regarding the cash drawer not balancing and tip issues. The others were taking their time cleaning their brushes. I felt greatly ignored and could not believe I was hearing this conversation going on with a customer listening to it. I got up and walked out
I have been going here for a few years but I have seen a lot of stylists leave and I will never go back.

My 4-​yr old daughter came away with a great haircut without crying — WIN!
I needed a professional to cut her hair, or at least a step up from me trying to trim it in the bathtub. I had taken her to another low-​priced option in the same neighborhood and was extremely disappointed with the utter lack of patience for helping my daughter experience and assist with her first haircut. (Let’s just say the stylist was getting shrill after 10 seconds of encouraging a 3-​yr old to lower her chin.)
Annette, however, at Fantastic Sam’s was sheerly fantastic! She came up, knelt down to my daughter and introduced herself, and talked about her granddaughters. She engaged with my daughter primarily, rather than me, and I really appreciated that. It helped her feel like it was a special time just for her, and it made her assistance in posture and stillness throughout the haircut far easier to obtain.
Now my daughter has an excellent haircut, came away grinning from ear to ear, and a return visit will be something she can look forward to. Annette made this a great experience for both mom & daughter!
