foods is on point but customer service is bull! A tall thin guy seemed to want us out of there! food is great though but customer service was AWFUL!!!

Food 5-​star. Service Poor.
I live in the neighborhood and this place should be getting all my fast food business. I LOVE their burgers. But the staff and the attitude has turned me off and I’m not going back. I believe everybody can have a bad day, but this is 3 times now that the staff, I’m talking THREE different guys behind the counter, have a chip on their shoulder. The first time I went the only person saying please and thank you was me. No niceness behind the counter, but the burger was outstanding. Another day when I called with a question about when they started serving burgers I had to repeat my question three times and after the guy said in perfect English, «Yes, we are serving burgers right now» he hung up on me. No thank you, no good bye. So I drive over to order a burger to go, again no smiling, and suspicious, curt treatment. When my burger was ready, they called me to the counter and another guy repeated my order which was not right. I had requested no cheese and this was a cheeseburger with bacon. So I said, «No that’s somebody else.» There were two other women in the restaurant at the time. So I patiently walked back to a table to wait. Another guy calls me back. «There’s your order» he says. I said, «No, that’s a bacon cheeseburger, it’s not mine,» He says, «Yes it is.» That’s when I realize the other guy is smirking. It’s a big joke to him. He deliberately lied to screw with me, and I knew he was lying because HE HAD COOKED THE BURGER. I was his idea of a joke. Only I’m not laughing.
I work hard for my money. I give respect and please and thank you to people who serve me. When I walk back to my job you bet I have to serve others. So it’s back to In ‘N Out for me, where the burgers are more expensive and not as good as Flames, but I know I will be treated with respect and dignity. You can’t put a price on respectful, cheerful servce. Flames management needs to pay atttention, clean house, and get some customer service training in there. Money is literally walking out the door of this restaurant, my money certainly is, and it’s a darn shame.

The wait for food is a bit long since they are short staff. However, the quality of food for the price is great. I highly recommend eating their burgers right when you get them because they’ll become cold fast.

Hands down, best burgers in the neighborhood. The burgers are bomb af and if you order a combo, they literally give you a bag full of fresh hot fries.

The food isn’t good and expensive spend $ 16 for a salad and asada fries they take forever and the guy taking orders is rude not worth it not going back

Very disappointed. First, the guy at the window sounded like he hated his job and acted like it too. Second, we were the only ones in line for the drive through and the only ones at the restaurant period, it took us 15 – 20 minutes to get our food. Third, we asked for hot sauce, which they used to provide, and the guy says, «we don’t do hot sauce anymore». What?! Last but not least, we get home and there’s a hair in the food… Not returning!

Used to be my favorite place… as a local I’ve been eating here for the past 15 years… I used to be friends with the old owner… after new management I can’t believe the non existent level of customer service. not only is the food a bit worse than before they just seem to not care. the manager seems to want your thanks for going there… the workers forgot my order and didn’t start cooking it for over 15 minutes… they even put the chili peppers behind the counter now… i gave it more than the benefit of the doubt and tried it about 5 times… each with the same crappy result. I’m done with this place…

This has been my go-​to burger shack since high school. That’s at least 14 years now. Still my favorite is the hamburger combo. For $ 5 you get a big bag of crispy golden fries seasoned to perfection, a juicy burger and a drink.
This place offers everything from breakfast burritos to giant club sandwiches and chili dogs.
