Gastroentrology of the Rockies

Pretty scary! They gave my husbands paperwork to the wrong person. And… Then a staff member comes out to say they can’t find my husbands ID and insurance card. I said ‘you already gave them back. This is scary. What else are you going to screw up during the procedure?’ Her response was, ‘I can understand but it’ll be fine’. Doesn’t sound to reassuring to me! Future patients be ware! Oh I almost forgot… They spelled his name wrong on every single paper.

The location is easy to find. There is lots of close parking. The office is clean and tiny. They even have a wifi code to use as a guest! The receptionist was a bit unprofessional and impatient with some callers. While I waited she got irritated with a few people.
I don’t care much about those little details though. I am at a doctor’s visit for the doctor! So how was that part of the visit? Exceptional.
Dr. Richard Moseley is very kind and patient. I came in with a page of questions and concerns and he went over each one individually and answered them with me. This wasn’t a visit where I saw the nurse most of the time. The doctor spent a very long time helping me with my issues. I felt like he wants me to feel well! He wasn’t quick to throw drugs my way either. He ordered a few more tests so we can be sure of things before going the drug route.
I was very happy with my visit. He went above and beyond… I just hope I didn’t delay the rest of his day’s patients with all the time he spent with me!
