Food is perfect! The portions are perfect. My bf had the combo phở and the broth was so good and sweet. Perfect! I had the combo rice noodle bowl. As a person who loves to cook I have to say this place does a very good job. Its clean and the staff is very nice. Parking is good. Over all we will be here again since its so close to our home. Oh and the price is right for the portions and taste. Food takes a bit but its worth the wait. You know its good when it takes time

I haven’t been here to eat yet this place has been closed for about or maybe more since I discovered it. There was no sign on the door explaining why the restaurant was closed during business hours I suspect other customers are wondering the same since the phone number to the restaurant the mail box is full. Disappointed wanted to try this place but it’s never open

I ordered online at 520pm, at 725pm I contacted Eat24 and my order had not even been cooked yet. 2 hours later, no food and hungry children. I had surgery or I would have got it myself. Don’t do delivery. I was super excited to eat there and now I’m just really disappointed.

I’m from Florida so I haven’t had good Caribbean food in a long time. The oxtail tasted like I was invited over someone’s mama’s house for dinner. So so soooo good! The staff was very nice and the place had a nice chill vibe. Definitely will be coming back

DON’T ORDER ONLINE!!! It will take forever to get your food. If you call the restaurant you’ll get a voicemail. Definitely not worth the cost of food. I was better off spending my money else where. Even when eat24 called to see where my order was they were told that the driver was just a few minutes away. That’s was 20 minutes ago. I placed my order at 505pm. It’s after 7pm. Don’t even bother with these people.
Once I got my food the experience just got worse. The food was terrible. I spent $ 60 on this place. A waste of money. Never again will I order from here. The only thing actually editable was the jerk chicken. It was cold but it was the only thing with some flavor.

I always get the phở (chicken or raw beef) and it’s as good as any other phở place here in Lakewood. I like it because it’s not greasy, the small size is huge, and the price is great. Did I mention that they deliver… yup, even to Steilacoom!
My boyfriend gets the pepper steak and he says it’s delicious! It’s a little on the pricey side in my opinion.
Customer service is great — very friendly and they deliver quick — usually under 30 minutes!
Support a local business and check this place out!

Oxtail was incredible!!! Great flavor and very tender. Curry Chicken and Jerk Chicken had great flavor but both were a little over cooked and dry. Fast delivery but they charged a $ 5 delivery charge on a $ 40 order.

Waited 2 hours to get my food delivered. It was cold and soggy when it did arrive. My oxtails were good but not worth the wait. Will try again when I have time to go myself.

Ok. This place is bomb. I always order delivery because I don’t always want to make that drive. My favorite is the oxtail. And of course beef patty with coco bread. My fiancé loves the jerk chicken wings. I’ve been going here a few years now. I like this spot.

This place sounded delicious and I was excited to try something a little bit more exotic.
It takes a lot for me to post a bad review.
One good thing I can say is that the food was delivered much faster than it said and the guy was very nice.
However just the smell was awful itself, and I love curry. Left a bad taste. Even the pot stickers were mediocre. Ate a couple bites and then just couldn’t get myself to eat any more.
Very disappointed to say the least.

Came here yesterday with a coworker since I’ve always wanted to try it as I drive by this place everyday to work. The food was good but definitely not typical Jamaican food. I had ½ curry chicken and ½ jerk chicken. Flavorful but there was a lot of bones on the chicken. The jerk chicken is not like the usual I’ve had. It was lathered with sauce, tastes almost like bbq sauce. I like the rice and the plantains were sweet. The meat was tender and fell off the bones. Again the food was flavorful and good but the service was so slow. We were only one of two tables and it took us almost 25 minutes to get our food. Also because there was more bones than meat, I had to give it a three stars.

Was so excited to see on Grub Hub that I can have oxtail delivered to my house! While it took about 2 hours, the food was great and delivered hot.

The food was absolutely amazing. Tried some jamican, creole and Asian food there. Yes they have lots of types of food. Food was fresh and flavorful. It is affordable as well. The service was great. Be sure to try jamican patty while you are there. Will for sure go back again. I would recommend to anyone looking for some delicious cultural food.

The rice was good but, the curry goat that I had was one of the worst things I have ever eaten. It could have been that it just wasn’t my thing but, it had a bunch of bones in it and ended up just throwing it away after the rice.

Great vegetarian options!
But… Too bad for them, the Jerk Pork Dangerously good!
My mouth just hurt a little bit from watering so much just typing about it.
Friendly professional service like you can only get from a locally owned joint.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We waited a whole hour and still weren’t served. The couple who worked there had their friends come and order food, who arrived 20min after us. Yet their friends got their appetizers and meals before us. Matter fact we didn’t even get our food. We just sat there and watched these people eat who arrived waaaayy later than us. Needless to say we left after waiting over an hour to be served. They are very unprofessional and have no good business etiquette at all. I will never go here again.

I ate here a while ago and decided i should finally write a review.
My friend and I decided to eat lunch at this place before class and the atmosphere was very friendly. The lady who sat us and took our order was very nice. The wait time for our food was an average speed (10 – 15 minutes).
Pros– The grilled banana was very sweet, the jerk chicken had a lot of flavor, and my friend enjoyed their food.
Cons– depending on what you order, it might seem a bit pricey. I had given up rice for lent and the jerk chicken dish came with rice. I asked the waitress if it were possible to replace the rice with salad and she said yes. However, when I was paying, she charged me for the jerk chicken dish AND a salad. She charged me $ 4.99 for a salad that was not $ 4.99 worthy. I asked if it were a mistake and she just seemed dumbfounded. So I just said never mind, paid, and left.
Overall, good experience. Probably would go back.

Husband and I visit all the time and the waitress already knows what we want to order :)
The phở is the best !
And so are the plantains and bubble teas!
Most importantly they deliver too! So when were lazy and don’t feel like venturing out doors we call them up and they deliver quickly!

Now I have two separate instances.
First. I ordered a late lunch for delivery. I ordered the chow mein combo & a tea. The lady that took my order was very sweet, and my order was delivered in less than 30 minutes.
My chow mein was tasty, tea was way too sweet, but that’s ok, but the food was yummy, hot, well cooked. The only thing I wish is that it had more colorful veggies in it.
Second. My husband & I went for dinner. And We were instructed to seat ourselves, and sat for 20 minutes before water was brought to us & then she walked away without taking an order.
Then 10 minutes later she walks to another table, then looks over at us, and asks us if we’re doing ok. Um. I’d like to order!
Well then, 30 minutes later after changing what we had to order because they were out… We got our food. Never offered a refill, never were we checked on by waitstaff.
Mine was so saturated with grease, it’s all I could taste. The rice was overcooked or had sat in the rice cooker for hours. The veggies were near raw, and it was just not good at all.
My husbands meal was about the same.
And upon paying our tab, the hand washing sink had dirty plates with food filling the sink.
I can’t say we will return.

Authentic Jamaican Food in Lakewood who would have thunk it. Only have tried the Jerk Chicken but I found it authentic and very flavorful.
Excited to try their other Jamaican dishes.
