Handyman Matters Cherry Creek

I just finished our job with HM Cherry Creek. I just can’t say enough about the team as a whole and how they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new bathroom. The craftsmanship was beautifully executed and I felt like I was kept abreast of the progress and costs the whole way. I can’t recommend this company enough.

I contacted this company via phone at the end of January to receive a quote for installing trim in my home. I received an email immediately after our call asking for more specific information in order to get me a quote. I responded to their email the next day (after I could go back home and get measurements). I received no response.
I wrote back two days later to make sure they received my information. Nothing.
I wrote back 9 days later to let them know I was moving forward with someone else. Nothing.
And then today, a little over a month later, I received a solicitous email from their company. I am a little peeved. Obviously I unsubscribed from their list.
I didn’t bother calling them back because I had a few other companies giving me quotes too, so I didn’t NEED this one, but I mean really, what a crappy way to run a business.
