Ok so my experience with gyms hasn’t always been great. A lot of them are unwelcoming and snobbish if you’re not in the best shape like I am. My first impression is that the women up at the reception area were incredibly warm and welcoming and the trainer Diana took some extra time while teaching to give me further instructions. I’m coming again, I love the welcome vibe and the helpfulness of the women at the gym. Oh and I got free gloves, and they even let me borrow a lock, score!!! I am super glad I found this place.

I hate the idea of goign to the gym, its the same thing over and over.
isn’t like any other gym. it is different every time, its full of excited and motivated people and I can’t wait to go to go after a long day at work!
in lakewood is the best!
