waited forever for service, your employees acknowledged me but continued to ignore and my lunch breaks are only 30 minutes. thanks for making me waste my lunch.
forgot to add too, my ex told me he took our autistic son into your restaurant to enjoy lunch while i got some errands done. if you know anything about autistic kids they do not like loud noises, after he was already cranky and a little ill one of your idiot employees comes to the dining room thrashing chairs, almost knocking over a table and dragging things along the floor making one hell of a noise! why was that?! you know some of your clientele are children but you gotta be so rude! if i were there i wouldve made sure i would be banned from your establishment! but when it comes to the messy hispanics with 12 children who come in and make a huge mess and leaving the dining area smelling awful you are more patient and friendly with them. this place clearly hates the disabled

If there was a No Stars option, that would be my rating. All four of us felt ill after eating here. They’re oil is so old that’s all the food tasted like. The fries were cold and the my sandwich was missing it’s jalapeños. They offered us sauce and then failed to give it to us. If all Jack In the Boxes were this awful, I would never eat at one again!
I will never visit this location again.

The pre recorded message as you go through the driveway is so irritating. A loud annoying female asks you if you want to try an iced coffee but then a guy or another female voice takes your order. It’s clearly a pre recorded sales pitch and somewhat insulting and irritating. Get rid of this.

After leaving another jack in the box I came to this one just to get a teriyaki chicken bowl. Yet again, no rice. At least their cooker wasn’t broken and it would take them 15 minutes to cook it. Yet again, this is lunch time on a Friday and you don’t have a main item on your menu? Am I wrong here?
The lady in drive thru was nice enough, but still. Get you’re shit together jack in the box!

Now, There are not many choices for the person trying to remain healthy lol.
But they do offer now, fat free smoothies, that come in three flavors. I tried one yesterday and it actually is not bad. They also have a salad and one sandwich, which are also not bad. The chicken pita is pretty good, but ask for no cheese, the cheese just boosts the fat/​caloric content.
To bad they don’t have healthy sides that you can mix and match with your sandwich!
