KC Butler-Re/Max 100 Inc

we decided too make the move too Evergreen Colorado. I was put into contact with KC Butler. We set up a meeting that I thought would be just with Mr Butler himself. This is were it went all downhill. Mr Butler pawned us off on one of his new realtors. I could tell right away this realtor did not know anything at all. However I decided too give this young kid a chance. So we told him what we were looking for. Well he couldn’t get that right. Then come too find out one of the houses we really liked did come on the market because we had always admired this house. Fit our criteria everything. By the time we found this out the house was already sold. He new we really admired this house. He says he emailed it too is many times. Anyways it was just disaster after disaster. This is what really upsets me. I contacted KC Butler and let him know once again that I was referred too him. Not this Austin Kid. Does KC then say okay I will take over and handle you as a client. No he doesn’t do that he continue too tell me I have too deal with Austin. I should have walked that very moment. Well as things went on and we found a house it just got worse. Too the point were KC says he then will step in and we deal with him because Austin kept screwing everything up. Did we still get the treatment we deserved from KC NO! He could of cared less. Look I strongly suggest everyone stays away from the home team! KC will do everything he can too tell you what you want too hear. Then do nothing. We had the worst experience buying our home it was horrible. I brought up our concerns too KC many times and he blew me off or sweet talked me too keep going in a bad situation. When KC eventually took over it was still sad and I did all the work. I was in contact with the seller! Figuring everything out! I was on the phone with my mortgage broker figuring everything out. Could we get ahold of KC– no! Could leave a message and always get a call back at a later later date. It was the worst experience ever. Stay away from the Home Team. It’s not worth taking the chance in people that don’t care about there clients or human beings in general. I have also talked too other people that have had negative things too say about the home team. If your looking too sell or buy up here I hear the Tuppers Team are the realtors too contact. I have been told by many many many people they are 5 star all the way and you will be treated like you matter. Beware of KC butler and the HomeTeam. Seriously just save yourself the headache and the pain and suffering and go with people that care and I hear that’s the Tuppers Team!
