I ordered a Anais Blue Dot Bow tie for my son and a pair of Blue Velvet Mary Janes(Papanatas) for my daughter that I had hoped to use for an upcoming photo-shoot. I shop online A LOT for my little ones; they are both actors/models and I am a consultant stylist to many Moms who children are in the entertainment industry. I first received a call a few days after I placed my order to inform me that my order had not shipped as indicted due to the Passover holiday but would be sent out once business resumed. I paid through PayPal and the funds had not been transferred to Ladida Kids so I knew the order had not been processed. Fast forward a week latter, the owner calls and starts out with, «so here’s the deal with your order», and proceeds to tell me that the Blue Velvet Mary Janes I ordered were not in stock as she herself had gotten them for her own daughter. Rebecca the owner, went on to say how badly she felt and because of this, the next time I ordered she’d take 10% off of my order. I am beyond displeased for the following reasons: 1. I ordered these items with and upcoming shoot in mind so time has been of the essence. 2. Why have an item listed as «last one» if it isn’t in stock.(The Papanatas were beautiful and on sale so I see the appeal but why list in the first place if the owner is securing for her daughter?) 3. It wasn’t the holiday that delayed the shipment going out because I never received a notice the items were going out; the item was not available and I would have been happy with simply hearing this the first time instead of a week later. I have been following Ladida Kids on Instagram and was so excited to make a purchase; the clothes and shoes appear to be awesome but I am completely turned off by the customer service I received and the insult of an apology that simply translates to, «sorry, but I don’t have the shoes in stock because I retained them for my own kid» To me, a good owner would stand by a customers purchase as the shoes were in stock when I ordered them, period. I love the merchandise and the website but sadly to say, I won’t be finding out anything else about Ladida Kids.

Great selection of clothes, great brands, fantastic customer service. I love this shop! I ordered online from them and they shipped the clothes internationally. That has worked perfectly several times now. I highly recommend Ladida! They have very good sales by the way.

My wife loves shopping by Ladida. When she needs to relax, she goes there! She says it’s such a pleasant atmosphere to shop in and very nice costumer service. She always comes out with nice stuff for the kids, of course all nice quality!
