Linda Buell’s Dance Workshop

An easy 5 stars. I spent at least 25% of my life in this dance studio from the ages of 4 – 18 and that was because my teachers there always fostered an incredible environment that let my passion for dance grow. What’s so wonderful about this studio is that it treats its dancers as individuals and knows each and every one of their names. They know what your strong points are and what needs a little more work and the teachers all work with you in a supportive but challenging way to help you improve. This is a family place and if you’re a dancer here, you definitely feel like a part of the family. There’s a strong sense of kinship between all of the dancers regardless of age and it’s responsible for so many of my amazing memories growing up. I wrote my college essay about dance and my teachers because it’s been an irreplaceable part of my life. It helped me be more confident and graceful and discover the incredible world art has to offer and set me on my current path towards working in the theatre. I strongly believe I would have never had an experience like that anywhere but at this little studio. I wouldn’t trade my 14 years at Linda Buell’s for anything.

Great! My daughter loves coming here and has the best teacher, Teresa. She has really come a long way with the great mentoring of her teachers!
